There are a few stairs (5–6 steps) leading down to the basement apartment. The entrance is completely private—no shared spaces—so you’ll have full, exclusive access throughout your stay. For added peace of mind, the property is monitored by security cameras around the exterior to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Heating & Cooling:
The entire house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. Please note that you can control the temperature in the home using the Google Home device located near the windows in the living room.

Backyard access:
Please note that your booking includes access to the basement level of the property. The backyard access is not included. Additionally, we have friendly, non-aggressive dogs who enjoy playing in the backyard.
