We are a property management company with team members available to assist you throughout your stay. You can easily message us through your booking platform. Those messages are monitored 7 am to 8 pm seven (7) days a week. We will provide you a number to call or text for emergencies outside these hours.

You will receive automated emails with useful information throughout your stay, as well as customized messages about things relative to you.

We provide contactless check in. We will send you the door code exclusive to your stay a couple days before you arrive.

By request we can set up things such as portable playpen, high chair, portable crib or dog crate for you prior to your arrival.

And if you think of things you’d like to have after you arrive, just reach out.

The interior of the house is attractively decorated, has beautiful hardwood floors and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with lots of counterspace.

The downstairs has a living room with TV, dining room (table expands to seat 10), breakfast area and family room off kitchen, a shower bathroom and also laundry area. Patio doors open from family room onto a large deck.

Upstairs is one huge bedroom with queen bed and (2) twin beds, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a full bed. There is another full bath with a tub/shower combination.

Queen sleep sofa in living room and shower bath allow 1st floor living for those who would like to avoid stairs.

Bedroom layout accommodates 2 families.

There is a large, level backyard and a deck set up for relaxing and al fresco dining. Seasonally there are asparagus, horseradish, raspberries, grapes & peaches to pick and enjoy. You can also cut fresh flowers for the table from numerous perennials.

Indoor and outdoor toys and games are provided.

Note: This home is a year-round, short-term rental property thoughtfully supplied with things you might like to have on your vacation and not cluttered with owner-occupants' possessions.
