Tolle Lage nah am Strand

Es war ein toller Urlaub auf Key Biscayne, die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand (5 min Fußweg) und hat alles, was man braucht. Leider gab ein keine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen.

Eine strandnahe schöne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Dieses Apartment in einer kleinen Anlage können wir sehr empfehlen. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es gibt eine tolle Ausstattung - inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner, Backofen, Nescafé-Kapselmaschine, Fön, Mikrowelle, Sonnenschirm und, und, und. Für die Kleidung hat es ein eigenes begehbares Kleiderzimmer. Der kleine Pool hat bis abends Sonne. Ein eigener Parkplatz steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Zum schönen Strand sind es gut fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Vor allem liegen aber mit den beiden State Parks auf Key Biscayne zwei traumhafte "Karibik"-Strände in fünfminütiger Entfernung mit dem Auto. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt über die Straße, auch weitere Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Key Biscayne ist eine vergleichsweise ruhige und durch die State Parks naturnahe Gegend, obwohl der Ort nur 20 Autominuten von Miami Downtown entfernt liegt. Wir fanden, hier hat alles gestimmt. Die Vermieterin meldet sich normalerweise innerhalb weniger Minuten auf eine Anfrage.

Wonderful stay!

The apartment is very clean and has all the comforts of home! The apartment is in a great location, near the pool and just a short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants, grocery store, and dog park! Ana, the host was very sweet and provides helpful information about the area. A great place to go if you’re looking for relaxation or a place close to Miami without the crowds.

Quiet and accessible

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The Winn Dixie across the street was so convenient. We loved being able to walk to the beach and multiple types of restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Could not find a better place!!

Wow! After a long day we made it to the place and was so absolutely pleasantly surprised to walk into a perfectly clean and very functional house. Ana left great instructions and was very responsive to any questions we had both before and during the stay. Very close to private beach which was lovely. Two beach chairs and awesome beach towels available for the beach. Two minutes away from grocery store and the kitchen had everything we needed. Could see myself living there permanently! (Seriously, if you ever put it on the market, let me know). Air conditioning was good and pool was clean

Wonderful unit in a great location!

The location is fantastic and is walking distance to pretty much everything. The unit is clean and small but configured well. Our family with 2 young kids were comfortable. While the pool is also small, we enjoyed it very much. Our only issue was the air conditioning system is quite loud and abrupt while starting up and kept us awake on the first night. The condenser is attached to the bedroom wall and it doesn’t look like much could be done to remedy the situation short of swapping it out for a quieter unit. We worked around this issue by running the air conditioning during the day and shutting it off at night. The timing of our trip was such that it was cool enough at night to do this.

Kids loved it, adults not so much

It served our purpose, but I was not comfortable after spotting tiny bugs in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Other than that, it seemed to be clean and cute. It is a tight space for a family of 4. The kids loved it, especially the pool.

Key Biscayne week

We wanted a safe, clean, local place to stay while in Key Biscayne. We wanted to eat in local restaurants, walk where we needed to go and walk the beach. This place was perfect for us. Our property manager/owner Anna was available to us for any question (we had problems making the tv work for us) and came over quickly. I would return here gladly.

excellent stay

Five stars all the way. We really liked the location too, easy walk to shopping centers, a variety of places for coffee or food, easy to get in and out by car, and still very quiet. Everything we could have needed was provided. The unit was perfect for us and could accommodate parents with 2 or 3 small children, too. Our host is wonderful as well, thank you so much, Ana!

A nice sndspot in the island

I rented the property for three days yto visit my grandchildren who live in the island. It had all the amenities I needed. I stayed in Apt 17. I would suggest fixing the large bed. It squeaks when I moved🙈.
