We have a dog door leading out to a fully fenced backyard. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a coffee machine, Keurig, a full spice rack, pots and pans, a blender, and more! There is a laundry room with a private Washer and Dryer available as well.

After a day of exploring the river, unwind in style with a 70-inch TV in the living room, a TV in the primary bedroom, and another in the den equipped with a PlayStation 3. We have a selection of games available for all ages. With a two-car garage, you'll never have to scrape snow off your vehicle during the winter months!

Step outside to discover a delightful backyard featuring a firepit, hammocks, swinging benches, a table and chairs, and a charming little garden. The gate leads to a nearby grassy area with basketball and volleyball courts, perfect for some outdoor fun. We also have 3 bicycles available for use!
