Stay Eureka Springs Master Suite
WALK EVERYWHERE - Stay Eureka Springs Devine's Downtown is a beautiful and quaint suite. In the middle of historic downtown on Main street above retail and at the bottom of the iconic rainbow stairs. Our large studio suite has amenities you need with the comforts you want. One parking space is included. Walk to everything downtown or use the trolley stop next door to get around town. We look forward to hosting you!
Your Property: The master suite is a large, upstairs studio apartment above retail, in the back of the building with a king sized bed, couch, small fridge, microwave, and other conveniences. The en-suite bathroom is divided into 2 spaces for your convenience with two toilets, a soaking bathtub, and separate shower. The space shares an entrance and hallway (see pics) with the other apartment. The only shared space is the hallway. Our building has some amazing history. It was built in 1890 and was originally a bathhouse and saloon.
Guest Access: The entrance to the space is in the back of the building up a flight of stairs. There is one provided parking space that is directly across the street from the building. The balcony in the photo is NOT included with this rental. This room is in the back of the building. Hallway entering the building is shared with the additional unit.
Other Details: The building is over 130 years old. It has it's minor quirks, but has been recently update with electrical, plumbing, wifi, and other modern conveniences. We are right in the middle of downtown so you may experience crowds, people, and noise on busier weekend.
Accommodations are best suited for 2 people. If you need additional space, consider renting the adjoining balcony suite or the entire apartment (balcony suite and master suite = apartment suite). Message me for any questions.
Building Quirks: The building is 130 years old, even though it has been renovated there are still some things that will help make your stay better. The ceilings are high, and even though we added new insulation and a new HVAC unit to this space, it still won't cool much below the low 70's in the dead heat of summer. Due to historical regulations, the windows have not been replaced in the building and can sometimes sweat in winter.
The balcony is NOT included in this space. It is located in the front of the building and is accessible with our other rental, The Balcony Suite.
There is NOT a kitchen in this space, only microwave and small fridge. We prefer that no food prep or cooking takes place in this unit, just reheating, it is really not setup for that. If you need anything, please let us know.
HOUSE MANUAL: Exterior door locks automatically behind you. Internet information will be provided on-site. There is a thermostat in the room you can adjust for your comfort.
Quiet hours are from 11pm - 10am. Please remember the entire upstairs is a duplex and you most likely have neighbors.
Do not park in the street behind the steps (yes, it is a road, not just an alley ) I know it's convenient, but please do not park behind the buildings on either side of the stairs. Those are other privately-owned businesses, and they also have very limited parking.
Guests over 2 people have an additional charge. If you utilize the couch as a bed, please protect our furniture and use the provided sheets in the bottom drawer of the wardrobe and make the couch up like a bed.

Accidents happen. People get embarrassed when something spills or breaks – we’ve seen it all! Please let us know if something happens so we can get attention to it right away. Currently we do not charge a deposit and would like to keep it that way for future guests.
If any rule is broken, we will be forced to add a charge of a minimum of $100 (could be more depending on labor) as well as report you to the booking channel you booked with, you could be asked to leave with no refunds given.
We have many items for your convenience, a hair dryer, ironing board, iron, makeup remover wipes, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, a microwave, and mini-fridge. Let us know if you need anything else. For your safety a fire extinguisher is located in the bathroom.
If there are any issues or questions, please contact host and give us the chance to correct them.
