THE SPACE:
Rather you are in town visiting family/friends, celebrating a wedding, coming in for a sporting event, a graduation, or for vacation, this charming and quiet three level townhome is the perfect home away from home.
It has a beautiful living room area that features a reading nook, a large sectional that pulls out into a full size bed, a gas fireplace, a large Smart TV, and two sliding doors that lead out to the balcony to take in the mountain views.
Next to the living room there is a full working kitchen that includes but not limited to a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, coffee, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a toaster. There is seating for four at the breakfast bar and seating for four at the dining table.
Upstairs there is a gorgeous master suite with a comfy king size bed, two dressers, a Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a cozy queen size bed and closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV, dresser, and closet. There is a second full size bathroom near the bedrooms and a half bathroom next to the kitchen.
Lastly, you enter the townhome on the lowest level where there is a place to hang up your coats and take off your shoes, a private designated work area, a laundry room, and access to the garage. Parking is easy as there is free outdoor parking on site, no pass needed, and guests are able to park in the attached two-car garage (length wise) as well.

*To make it easier to identify the home there is a stone frog next to the front door with big eyes that glow at night and a welcome sign on the front door.
*If you come during a time that it snows, the garage is a great place to park your vehicle! Our HOA does snow removal for the entire townhome community as well.
*If you come during the summer our townhome has central air conditioning which is a perk here in Colorado!

I’m married to my beautiful wife, Kristen, and together we have two boys. I have served in the Army for the last seventeen years. My job for the last few years has been a K9 trainer and handler. I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family. Some of the activities that we do as a family are skiing, rock climbing, archery, and hiking. My wife and I began hosting in 2024 and I’m excited to start this new adventure with my wife and family.
