Please note that due to its proximity to SeaTac, the complex is under a flight path, which can result in considerable noise outside the buildings. However, it tends to quiet down after 10pm. To enhance your comfort, we’ve upgraded the windows to reduce noise and provide earplugs for sensitive guests.

Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

8.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate containers. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
