The Space:

Nestled in a peaceful community just minutes from all major attractions, this modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, golfing, paintball, waterparks, the nearby casino, or shopping, you're in the perfect spot to enjoy it all. The community itself offers a variety of amenities, including access to a lake, beach, pool, boat rentals, fishing, and dining options, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

As you step inside, you’ll find a spacious and welcoming interior designed for comfort and entertainment. The first level features a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals after a day of exploring, and a cozy living room with a 55-inch smart TV and fireplace for movie nights or relaxation. The first bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on this level, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining area is perfect for gathering together, with plenty of space to enjoy meals or play one of the provided board games.

Upstairs, the second floor offers additional space to unwind, including a charming reading room with a futon, perfect for a quiet moment with a book or an extra guest to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom is a true retreat with two queen beds, a bunk bed (full/twin), an electric fireplace, and a 45-inch smart TV. The luxurious upstairs bathroom includes a spacious glass shower and a large bathtub, providing a spa-like experience. The third bedroom is equipped with a pack-and-play, making it family-friendly for those traveling with little ones.

Step outside to discover the backyard, a true highlight of the home. Enjoy the brand-new hot tub for a relaxing soak under the stars, or challenge your friends and family to a game on the pool and pong table. Guest Access:
Our home is nestled in the serene and well-appointed community of Towamensing Trails. Situated amidst the captivating Pocono region, this area boasts an array of notable attractions, including the renowned Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Destinations, thrilling indoor water parks, exhilarating ATV adventures, pulse-pounding paintball arenas, invigorating white water rafting, the historically significant Jim Thorpe, scenic horseback riding trails, picturesque state parks, exceptional golf courses, abundant fishing spots, the lively Mount Airy Casino, the popular Crossing Outlets, and the exciting Pocono Raceway.

Within a mere 7-minute drive from our home, you will find a host of fantastic amenities provided by the community:
• A picturesque 190-acre lake, fed by natural springs (please note that a PA fishing license is required for fishing enthusiasts)
• A meticulously maintained sandy beach, open for your enjoyment from Memorial Day to Labor Day
• A refreshing community pool, available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day (weekends only until Father's Day weekend)
• Engaging sand volleyball courts
• Invigorating basketball facilities
• Well-maintained tennis courts
• A charming clubhouse complete with a restaurant
• Pedal boat rentals during the summer season

Each booking at our home entitles you to 8 wristbands, granting access to the community's seasonal amenities, including the pool, lake, beach, tennis courts, and more. Additionally, you will receive a pass for your vehicle(s).

They have the 1 and 2 person kayak for rent. It's $20 (cash) per hour, $10 each additional half hour. Minimum age to rent is 18. And they need an ID along with a wristband.

Rest assured that our community is private and family-friendly, with round-the-clock security patrols ensuring your peace of mind. To maintain a serene atmosphere, quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 9 am. The speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the community. As per community guidelines, guests are required to read and sign the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct before gaining access. Any fines incurred for violating community rules will be the responsibility of the renter.

Other Things to Note:
We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving

Please note that guests will receive 8 amenity badges for the length of their stay. Badges are for adults and children above the age of 5. Children under 5 do not need any badges to access the community's amenities.


Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
