The Space:
This fantastic 5 bedroom family home is located at the Solara Resort, and Solara Resort is your chance to be part of the magic. Only 8 miles to Disney and within a short drive to Universal, Disney Springs and many other attractions, this gated resort community is in the center of it all.

The house itself is also packed full of fun! 5 expertly designed bedrooms can host up to 15 guests at a time, with plenty of space for everyone. Kids will love the Disney princess room, featuring colorful murals on the walls, a light-up castle, bunk-bed, and an additional single bed. The other kids bedroom features a Mickey Mouse Safari theme, with custom cut Mickey room divider, cool mood lighting, and jungle inspired decorations. The ground level has the primary king bedroom suite, and the other 2 king bedrooms are all upstairs along with the kids rooms.

You'll also find another TV lounge upstairs with a sofa bed, and each bedroom has its own smart TV. The house is connected to high speed WiFi service and there's plenty of table space that can double as a laptop friendly work area. The back patio has its own private swimming pool and sun loungers to soak up those Florida rays. You have your choice of indoor or outdoor dining areas, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep and serve a great meal.

At the heart of the resort is an extensive amenity complex, which includes luxuries the whole family can enjoy! A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills! There's also a large pool and even a splash pad playground for the little ones. Solara Resort’s clubhouse doesn’t only feature an expansive water complex but also boasts a bar and grill, basketball courts, full sized soccer field, beach volleyball court, ice cream parlor, sundries store, indoor and outdoor lounges, workstations, tween/teen hangout center and an air conditioned fitness center at the clubhouse.

Guest Access:
The community features a world-class clubhouse with onsite restaurant, communal pools, gym, kids club and a Flowrider surf pool & wake simulator, which is a first for Orlando vacation homes communities (additional fee applies). Access to the resort clubhouse is free for all onsite guests and there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout clubhouse and pool areas.

Parking:
Free on-site parking is available in front of and across the street from the townhome on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for up to two cars.

The Neighborhood:
The Solara Resort clubhouse has two different pools areas, the main pool area with zero entry all the way around and the kids play area features water slides and splash bucket which they will love. For the adults, there are ample sun loungers and cabanas. Why not enjoy a drink from the Solara Clubhouse Poolside Bar and relax by the fire-pit and enjoy those stunning warm Florida evenings. You can let the kids play in the splash pool while you chill out nearby.
 
In the Solara Resort clubhouse you will also find a Coffee & Gelato Cafe and a Market Place selling cold drinks, snacks, pool inflatable toys, sun cream and other essentials you may need for time in the sun! Other Solara Resort clubhouse facilities include a basketball court, grass football pitches, volleyball court & walking trails. They also have another kid's dry play area situated outside the pool area with offers slides and climbing frames.
 
ClubSolara is a teens club run by Solara Resort which offers a dedicated room featuring classic board games as well as an Xbox One, Nintendo and virtual games on the big cinema screen. The huge Solara Resort gym features treadmill running machines, cross trainers, free weights, gym balls, yoga mats as well as bikes and a number of different leg and chest machines. Here you can give yourself the full workout! You will also find a number of indoor and outdoor covered seating areas in the Solara Clubhouse if the heat gets too much for you. Here you can relax and read a book with a drink while the family enjoy all the facilities that Solara Resort has to offer.

Getting Around:
The gated entrance is attended 24 hours per day and just minutes from Disney World. The community is located at the end Westside in between the US192 and Champions Gate. This a great location giving you easy access to the restaurants and the theme parks.

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
