What a mess
The property took forever to contact me when I asked to extend to another day. They contacted me the day of and confirmed I was good to stay an additional day. Even though I had messaged that our flight was late, no response and they had to scramble to leave the keys at one of their other properties so we could get in.
On our second day the emailed , not called and told me they had messed up and I didn’t have the property for the second day they were going to need to move us and cleaning services had already been in since I didn’t respond to their email. They called at 4:30 to tell me I needed to be out and exchange keys with the other person at 6. Cleaning services had never been there. We hustle back to get out and exchange keys with whoever is staying after us.
No communication. I contact them multiple times to be told that they fixed it and we were fine to stay. That came in at 6:30pm. Definitely ruined my enjoyment of Salem because I was so flustered. Also didn’t say anywhere that it was pay to park and they would reimburse parking.
The towels were stained and looked like they had been used before we got there and the stairs to the loft were narrow and moved when you used them.
