The Space:
Inside, the fully furnished apartment's open concept style features breakfast seating for four, one full-bath, and stainless steel appliances. Bonus amenities include in-house laundry, cable tv, an on-site EV Charging station, compimentary coffee and any cookware or you'll need.
Other Things to Note:
There is an electric car charger for use next to our Guest Parking spot. We charge $10 a day to use the charger. Please let us know if you are traveling in an electric vehicle and plan to use the EV charger and we will send a request for payment.
The unit is the basement/garden level unit of a single family home. The owners do live above.
Pets are not allowed.
There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
