- Only the guests and pets listed in your reservation are allowed on the premises. A fine of $250 per unauthorized person or pet will apply, and your reservation may be canceled if this rule is violated.

- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.
- No eating is allowed in the bedrooms.
- If the property requires excessive cleaning and takes more than 3 hours, an additional fee of $100 per hour will be charged.

Parking: Parking on Marshall St is a breeze with the City of Milwaukee's complimentary three-night free guest parking permission. You’ll receive a friendly reminder with a link to register your car one day before your check-in date. We look forward to welcoming you!

Street parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays in Milwaukee. Be sure to read and obey street signs, as free Saturday parking may be limited to 2 hours. Payment is not required on the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.

For Mid Term Reservations: For all reservations longer than 28 nights, we require the completion of a lease agreement. In addition, a background and credit check will be conducted to ensure a smooth and secure stay. This process helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.
