This 2nd condo has such a beautiful view! Wake up to the ocean, hear the waves. Great whale watching during the winter months! Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a well appointed mini kitchen that has a stove, sink, fridge and fully stocked with dishes. The bathroom has a GORGEOUS remodeled walk in shower for you!

In the living area, there's a sitting area if you want to get some R&R watching TV. There's a small dining area as well by the Queen Sized Bed. This is an incredible option for 1 or 2 people looking to be direct beach front.

Kona Magic Sands is the only beachfront condominium complex in Kona. Enjoy an oceanfront pool there as well! There's a restaurant on site called Magics Grill as well!
Laundry use is available in the complex, which is a shared common area.

Enjoy the Waves!!!

You can’t get any closer to the water than this property! Open the sliding doors and soak in the sounds and views of the ocean.Property has everything a party of two would need and is nicely located on the island. You also get 10% off at Magics when you mention where you are staying.

Ocean front stay at Magics

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you like the sound of crashing waves, this place is great! We kept the large sliding doors of our 2nd story unit open almost the entire stay. The unobstructed view of the ocean was just amazing! Magics Beach area is literally just down the stairs and a very short walk. The food at the restaurant in the same building was also pretty good all with the oceanfront seating that is hard to beat. We would definitely stay there again.

Best view in Kona

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Out side the building look kinda old but inside is nice with the best view for sunset, it is right on the beach, its convenient, the studio is very clean and provided with everything we need. Only one thing they need a dark curtain to cover the sun since it’s very hot during the day. Other than that everything was perfect. I would recommend and will stay again next time.
