Things You Need to Know!

• POOL HEATER **VERY IMPORTANT** THIS IS OPTIONAL AND MAY NOT ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE:
• Fee: $35.00 per day and it should be for your entire stay. Please request this service ahead of time before your check-in. It takes up to 24 hours to reach a maximum temperature of 92°F.  **The system turns off automatically at 50°F outside and is non-refundable.**
• Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
• Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. 
• No food, glass, running, pushing, or diving allowed.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Pool heating doesn't guarantee a specific temperature.
• Must order and pay for pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival.
• Without pool heating, temperatures can drop to 52 to 60°F in December to March.
• Pool heater availability may change for maintenance.
• No refunds for pool heater service or technical issues.
• BBQ grill: Please ask 48 hours in advance before your check-in. There is an extra charge of $75 to use it. The fee covers the cost to use and clean the grill only, it does not include a propane tank. You may trade in a propane tank for a full one or use any leftover.

THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING.
• Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

STARTER SUPPLIES:

• Towels provided are only for bathroom usage
• Trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towel: You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount.
• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart - 1.5 Miles)

HOUSEKEEPING:
• There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
• Please place trash on the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. To receive mail, you must secure a P.O. Box at a local mailing center. Only UPS, DHL , Amazon and FEDEX deliver them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Important Information

• Please be aware that commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, recreational vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, boats, watercraft, buses, golf carts, or trailers are not permitted within the community. Violations will result in a $50.00 fee imposed by the HOA.
• We gladly welcome guests to bring their pets, provided that they make prior arrangements. In consideration of the comfort of our future guests and for hygiene reasons, we kindly request that pets refrain from accessing furnishings or beds. Additional charges will be incurred for any damages that may occur. If your pet typically sleeps with you, we recommend bringing your own bedding, including sheets and duvets, for your personal use.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Guests who exceed the check-out time without host approval will be subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour.
• NO UNDECLARED GUESTS. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS.
• No shoes inside the accommodation.
• Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am.
• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 29-night stay required $180 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6 every additional night.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Orlando MyPlace Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
• I give permission to PMI Orlando MyPlace to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by PMI Orlando MyPlace. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
