Casa Ventosa is a one-of-a-kind property with a private pool and spa in a massive backyard. It spaciously accommodates up to 10 guests. There is plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and street.
This single-level home has a master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a smart TV. The second room has a queen bed with doors to the living room. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over king bed and a pull-out twin bed that all-together sleeps 4 people. There is also a queen mattress pad and a queen air mattress to sleep additional people if needed.

Guests will have access to the entire property besides one locked closet for owner use only.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood right next to Grandpa's Pond with fishing, a playground, and a pavilion. Walmart is less than five minutes away. Sand Hollow State Park is 10 minutes away. Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park are 30 minutes away.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. This property is dog-friendly.
It is not recommended to park on the street. You can use the driveway for parking or a large space available on the side of the home. Please remember to open the side gate.
A signed tenant agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.
