Overall Good Stay
The property itself is very beautiful. The renovations and decor maintain character of the home while feeling fresh and new. We had 11 total guests stay which maxed out the capacity of the beds. We were pleasantly surprised that the pull-out twin bed in one of the rooms actually was removable and could stand up on it's own, giving each person their own separate bed. There were also plenty of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked for what we needed, as well as plenty of toilet paper and towels in the bathrooms.My only complaint on cleanliness would have to be there was dog hair left on the couches, and the tub in the master also had some hair.Check-in and communication left a bit to be desired, however. On the day of check-in I had to call the host a few hours before check-in who contacted the property manager who then sent me the information.Additionally, at the time of booking and also writing this review, the listing on the page does not mention the Studio located in the backyard of the property which is off-limits. This was only communicated in my check-in message via Vrbo DMs, the message I got only a couple hours before my arrival (I was also driving). This lead to miscommunication with the members of my party who I was unable to make aware of this before they explored the property and went to take a look. I would advise putting this on the listing itself, as this issue would have been avoided if it was.Overall it was a good stay and I recommend this property!
