NEW Adventure Awaits, on Peak 8 is located in the White Wolf neighborhood of Breckenridge, offering the perfect blend of mountain charm and modern amenities. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a private hot tub, and spacious living areas, this home is ideal for both relaxation and entertaining for a group of 10. This home is 0.6 miles from the base of Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and a 5-minute walk to the nearest shuttle stop.

Main Level
Entering from the garage, you'll have a powder room on your left and the main foyer on your right. Continuing past the entrance, you step into the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area.
The kitchen features a stunning tile backsplash, marble countertops, and modern, upgraded appliances, ready for preparing your culinary delights.

Just past the kitchen area is the spacious living room, with plenty of windows. You'll have ample natural light and lovely mountain views. The living room features the following:

Lower Level
Downstairs, you'll find the first guest bedroom on the right, the master bedroom straight ahead, and the second guest bedroom down the hall on the left.
First Master bedroom: king-size bed, wall-mounted flatscreen SmartTV with cable, gas fireplace, dresser, ensuite bath with two sinks, walk-in shower, soaking Whirlpool tub. The master bedroom also provides direct access to the hot tub patio area.

Across the hall from the second guest bedroom is a shared guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower-tub combo. At the end of the hallway, you'll also find the stacked washer and dryer.

Upstairs is the fourth and final bedroom, the secondary master suite. This room includes:

Enjoy epic views of Mount Royal from your private hot tub at this incredible home in downtown Frisco. You'll be just a few minutes from Main Street, and have plenty of room for a group of up to twelve guests. This large and luxurious mountain home offers easy access to world-class skiing, hiking trails, and local shops and restaurants. The grand master suite is a welcome retreat for parents, and includes a built-in office. Lofted ceilings and large windows throughout bring natural light to the curated design and high-end finishes. With two living rooms, SmartTVs, a BBQ grill, a top-of-the-line exercise bike, and views from every outlook, you'll feel both at home and on vacation.

Top Floor and Loft
Starting from the top, the loft reveals an overlook of the magnificent main living room and dining room. This space includes a bonus entertainment area with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV. Beyond the entertainment space are two twin-size beds with plush linens and breathtaking views of Mt Royal.
Down one flight of stairs you'll find the chef's kitchen and living room. The kitchen has the appliances you'd expect at home, all stainless steel, plus a gorgeous granite island with seating for six. There's a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. Everything you need to prepare a meal is here, from a simple breakfast before hitting the mountains, to a grand dinner in the evening.
The living room features lofted ceilings, large windows for plenty of natural light, and a gas fireplace beneath a beautiful bison centerpiece. This space is furnished with a large wrap-around sofa, a comfortable lounge chair, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. There is also a convenient powder room. Doors open up to the huge deck, where you'll be greeted with amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. There is a natural gas grill and a large wrought-iron patio set with seating for six, perfect for entertaining guests during warmer months.
• Home Office Space: Large north-facing windows bring in plenty of natural sunlight! This room includes a spacious desk with a printer. We welcome guests who are working remotely.
• Master Bedroom: This majestic bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser with a large mirror, a flatscreen TV, and ample natural light.
• Master Bath: The master bath features a grand walk-in tiled shower, double vanity, plus a walk-in closet with ample storage space..
Second Floor
This floor features two guest bedrooms and a shared full bath, as well as the garage.
• First Guest Bedroom: This room features a queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet.
• Second Guest Bedroom: This room has two sets of Captain's bunk beds, with a twin over a queen bed in each. There is also a large closet.
• Shared Bath: At the end of the hallway is the shared bathroom with a jack-and-jill vanity and shower tub combination.
The garage is also on this level, and accommodates two vehicles, with additional parking for two in the driveway. Note that some large vehicles may not fit due to the hanging storage area in the garage.
First Floor
The entertainment room is furnished with a cozy leather L-shaped sofa and a large flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace, and an amazing wet bar equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. There is a bookcase with books and games to enjoy. We also have a laundry room with washer/dryer.
• Third Guest Room: this room features a comfortable queen-sized bed and dresser.
• Downstairs Bathroom: On the right is the entrance to the full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and single vanity.
This level also features an additional dining area with a round 4-top table, and a plush sofa for lounging after a full day on the mountain.
The downstairs patio is a perfect spot to unwind with your crew, complete with the private hot tub, wraparound outdoor couch, Blackstone flattop grill, and stunning mountain views. The private hot tub is serviced weekly on Fridays.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

Nice Location, clean and close to Peak 8

2 families for a week long ski trip. The place is in a great location. Not far from town or Peak 8. The bus stop outside the Nordic Center was a very short walk. Getting into the garage was a bit of an adventure, but would have been easier if we had a 4 wheel drive car. Overall great stay.

Perfect family house

Beautiful house, with beautiful scenery, perfect for family group of 8-10. Everything you need is super close to the house. Definitely recommend. Only note is hard to breathe at night which I think is normal if you’re not used to the altitude.

Mountain bliss

Great location, very clean, well equipped and very quick response from management company. If you go in the winter 4 wheel drive is a must as it is up the hill and close to the slopes!
