This home is designed with workforce travelers, offering ample workspace, reliable WiFi, and proximity to major business hubs in North Charleston. While this property caters to workforce needs, it is also available for families, providing a peaceful and welcoming environment.

Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner's closet in the living room, kept locked.

In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement. Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly allowed by the host. If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine will be charged to the card on file. This home is listed as pet-friendly and up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation for a fee of $45 per pet per night, but restricted breeds are not permitted. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines.

We live and work in Charleston--- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.
