You are provided:

One set of towels per guest, linens and sheets, makeup towels , kitchen towels, and beach towels to borrow.

Starter supplies of k-cup coffee pods, coffee filters, non-dairy creamer, sugar, artificial sweeteners, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, Q-tips, cotton balls, flossers, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies.



PARKING: Maximum (5) vehicles can park in driveway. No RV's or parking on the street please.

Please keep in mind that you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and with the care you would at a friend's house. There is no one on site 24/7. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.

Be advised there is no lift or elevator. All guest must be able to climb stairs.

Please ensure you and your guests read and completely understand the house rules before you decide to stay.

Read house rules before booking:
- Maximum occupancy is 15 people.
- No smoking /vaping/fireworks on the property.
- Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property.
- No Pets - Severe Allergies
- No parties or events
- No Glitter or Confetti (extra cleaning fee will apply)
- Grill downstairs only
- Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance.
- Upon returning from the beach, please rinse off in the outdoor shower.
- Leave sandy shoes outside
- Sensitive Septic System! Please flush only toilet paper- no sanitary products, tissues, wipes, hair, cotton balls, etc.
- Be kind to the drains. There is no garbage disposal due to it being a Septic System. Please no Solidifying liquids, food, coffee grounds, grease, etc. in the drain. Kindly discard everything into the trash.
- Maximum five cars in driveway.
- No parking on the street.
- Do not leave food out that will attract unwanted pests.
- Accidents happen. Let us know ASAP if something is accidentally broken. We will look into the issue internally to decide if action is needed and how to handle the situation. In some instances, repairs can be more costly if they are not taken care of right away.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters.
- By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- Swimming is at visitor's own risk. Crystal Beach has no lifeguards on duty.

With unpredictable weather conditions on the Gulf Coast, we highly recommend guest's consider purchasing travelers insurance in the event a cancellation is needed outside of the noted cancellation policy to avoid lost funds / penalties.
