This home offers a warm retreat for all with breathtaking sunset views, a hot tub, a fire pit, and is the perfect destination for your next getaway. Main house approx. 1,436 sq ft, Casita approx. 479 sq ft.

HISTORICAL: This adobe home showcases the unique architectural style full of quirks and uniqueness that has defined the region for centuries. We've lovingly maintained the home's original 1920s architecture.

Meticulously preserved following guidelines of the historical board of Santa Fe, including the original windows and viga-beamed ceilings.

LIVING AREA: From the moment you enter the main home, the bright interior, modern paintings & southwestern accents wrap you up in a wonderfully welcoming ambiance. Upon arrival, you will enter the home through the formal dining room, with seating for up to 6 guests and its own fireplace. The living area features a sectional sofa to relax & unwind, while ottomans & accent chairs offer additional seating options. Gather together to enjoy a movie as you listen to the fireplace crackle.

BEDROOMS: Have a soothing night’s sleep with custom linens, plush duvets, dreamy pillows, and premium mattresses in one of the three ultra-cozy bedrooms.

BATHROOMS: Enjoy the convenience of four bathrooms with luxury cotton towels, designer toiletries, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, and a washer/dryer onsite.

KITCHEN: A well-equipped kitchen offers a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, drip coffee pot, coffee + tea, blender & dishwasher for easy cleanup. All cookware, bakeware, plates, glasses, utensils & a selection of primary spices are all provided to make your time here enjoyable without worrying about a thing!

CASITA: The casita provides a completely private & separate space perfect for a multi-generational family or just some additional privacy. It features a full kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower combination, and living area with fireplace, pull-out sofa, TV, and small dining area. A separate king bedroom, also with a fireplace, completes this private oasis.

EXTERIOR: Landscaped patios with spectacular sunset views allow al fresco dining and cooking on the grill. In the evening, soak in the 6-person hot tub to soothe your muscles after a day of skiing or shopping. An outdoor firepit with lounge chairs awaits for a cozy night, making memories under the Santa Fe stars.

The rental comprises 2 units, including the main house, sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 main bedrooms & a separate casita home, sleeping up to 3 guests with 1 bedroom & a sofa sleeper.

Noise ordinance in effect 10pm - 7am.
No smoking inside the home.

Pets with a $150 pet fee with pre-approval only.

LOCATION: This location is golden! Walk to Canyon Road to explore the plethora of art galleries. The Plaza is within a mile and a very easy and beautiful walk along the Alameda River Trail. Patrick Smith Park is also a short walk from the property.
