This pristine home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths, each providing suite-like comfort. Relax in a private outdoor oasis with a 32x14 electric heated pool surrounded by lush greenery. The Crown Pointe community features a clubhouse, pool, tennis, pickleball, fitness room, and sauna. Minutes from Naples beach and 5th Avenue South’s dining and shopping, it’s the perfect gateway to Naples and SW Florida’s beauty and luxury!
We very much want you to feel at home and able to fully relax in comfort in this gorgeous vacation villa. Imagine waking up in the king size bed in the master bedroom with the sunshine filtering through the blinds. Slide open the doors from your bedroom and dip your toes, or jump straight in, to the heated, pool, for a refreshing wake up! Make yourself a coffee at the fully equipped coffee station in the kitchen, and relax on the pool deck, whilst contemplating what the new day has to offer. A leisurely day by the pool? An afternoon nap? A beach day, perhaps, or exploring Naples. And if your schedule includes work time or home schooling, set up on the patio - it is definitely going to beat the office or the classroom! And if you need more privacy, there is a dedicated desk space in the master bedroom.
The home has brand new furnishings throughout and has been decorated with care and great attention to detail. There is a calm, comfortable and contemporary, feel throughout. Everywhere is light and bright and the high vaulted ceilings, sky lights, fans and sliding glass doors to the screened patio area and pool deck, providing Florida indoor/outdoor living at its best!
The gardens surrounding the home are lush and well-tended, giving complete privacy to the outside patio and pool area. The lanai is completely screened, and ready for your outdoor dining and poolside lounging. And for the outdoor chefs amongst you, a propane gas grill to cook up some steaks or fresh Florida seafood.
The spacious open concept living area is the hub of the home - with comfortable seating, and a smart TV with a comprehensive cable package and all the popular streaming apps.
The dining area is perfect for indoor entertaining - it seats 6 but there is plenty of space for more people if needed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and a coffee station, where coffee lovers will find everything you'll need. There is a choice of a Keurig or regular coffee machine with a starter amount of Keurig pods, ground coffee, sugar. And the perfect seating nook to have your coffee.

Adjacent from the kitchen is the master suite, which also overlooks the pool and has private access from the bedroom. It has a comfortable king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub, a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a hairdryer, make-up mirror and we supply shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, and hand soap for your convenience.
On the opposite side of the living area are the 2 guest bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms.
The guest bedroom at the front of the house has two twin beds, a smart TV and plenty of closet space. There is a bathroom next door to it with a walk-in shower and the entire hallway can be closed off to create a private suite.
The other guest bedroom has a king size bed, a smart TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This room also has a large sliding door leading directly out to the pool.
For our tiny guests, there is a pack ‘n play and a highchair - stored in the master bedroom.
All the beds are new and the mattresses and pillows have sealed coverings. The bedding is new and comfortable to sleep in and all duvet covers are fully washable and laundered after each guest stay.
The washer and dryer are housed in the garage and basic supplies are provided. You are welcome to park in the garage. There is space for one vehicle as the bikes and beach equipment are stored here. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels and beach toys for the younger guests.
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

There is a $100 application fee and $50 fee per adult for background check which will be applied at booking. Applications and signed lease agreement must be turned in 30 days prior to your arrival date.
This property is in Crown Pointe community and they require an application form, and an application fee submitted 30 days in advance of your proposed check-in date. We will provide you with a the lease agreement and any further instructions. The application fee is $100 per application and is included in your booking rate. There is also a $50 background check for each adult listed on the lease which will be added after booking. This process must be completed asap in order to 100% confirm your booking as the community will not allow access without approval.
Minimum booking age is 25. The primary renter must be present for the booking.
No smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises.
This home is a private residential community and we ask that you respect the neighbors and community. Please keep noise down before 8am & after 10pm.
No pets allowed.
We know you will be considerate but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.
Please read through the house manual provided online, and at the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
