This home is meticulously maintained to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, reflecting our commitment to excellence in hospitality. There are 6 Weber grills by the pool adjacent to the room. You are walking distance to a grocery store and plenty of dining options as well as an AVIS if you want to rent a car. This was an absolutely awesome experience. I have been to Maui several times, and this was by far my favorite experience.

Fantastic View Condo

This is our 4th stay at this resort and this was the best yet. We really loved this ground floor condo with easy access to the pool and an amazing view. The lanai is awesome, with a table and four chairs, and a very comfy lounger. It was a great place for watching whales all week! One of the best parts was that we didn’t even need to leave the couch in the living room in order to see the whales. You just look out the large sliders, and there they were! They had several very nice beach chairs and lots of large comfy beach towels. Shower is awesome and the king size bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Megan and team for being so welcoming and attentive!

Wonderful Getaway!

My husband and I recently spent a week at this lovely getaway for our 10th anniversary. The size of the condo and the location was perfect. I appreciated all of the little touches throughout the condo that help set this property apart from others - an arrival gift, sulphate free shampoo, chairs and towels for the beach, etc. Communication was fast and the location just steps away from the beach was stunning. We enjoyed watching the sunset every night on the lanai. What are you waiting for??

THE BEST IN MAUI!

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed at! The place was nice, clean and had everything you need for your vacation. So well organized too! The view was impeccable; sat on the deck for hours. This was worth every penny! We wish we stayed longer and I even said can we buy this place? Lol.Great location for some of our favorite beaches, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was well equipped and organized. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closet space and drawers to store clothes if needed. The bathroom was sufficient and was supplied with plenty of soft towels. We used the beach chairs and the snorkeling gear. The view from the sliding doors was lovely. Spent most of our time exploring around the island, but the grounds and the pool were nice. It’s the perfect location for exploring West Maui. It was the perfect place for two!

Best place to stay in Maui!

Our family was amazed how clean and fresh the unit is. I've read a lot of not so good reviews on some units at Papakea but this one is definitely not! 10/10 in terms of cleanliness, amenities and location on the resort. Can see the pool and ocean and sunset from the porch. King-sized bed is so comfortable, there's also a queen-sized sofa bed at the living room. Kitchen is so well-equipped, in-suite laundry and dryer was a big help, and after a day's adventure, the 2 airconditioners in the living room and the bedroom totally lulls you to a complete rest and relaxation ready for next day's adventure. Megan and the Stice team are so accommodating and easy to speak with. Kudos to the team and the unit owners for such a beautiful unit and giving our family an amazing stay!

This condo was wonderful. The listing pictures match the condo itself. The condo was comfortable, clean, up-to-date and well equipped with everything I needed. The little welcome gift was very thoughtful. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. The pool, BBQ area and putting green are just steps from the lanai. Multiple family members stayed in different condos on the property, but mine was used as the family dinner place due to the great location. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The "snowbirds" who stay here made Papakea feel like a cozy community with many people on their balconies or lanais having dinner, chatting, and playing card games. The only suggestion I would give is to have an outside lock on the lanai sliding door. I found myself wanting to use it the most, but wasn't able to because I couldn't lock the condo. I only gave the property management 2 stars because they did not respond or acknowledge either the text or email I sent. It was not a big deal, but would have been polite. Otherwise this place was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Being right next to the ocean, hearing the waves, and witnessing the sheer size of the adjacent island, we enjoyed breakfast every day on the patio. Beautiful Condo at a Considerable Premium

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Papakea at least 7 times over the past decade -- and at B105 for 4 out of the past 7 years. (Sadly, the pandemic forced an unwelcome 2-year hiatus.) I've always enjoyed staying at Papakea. It is low-key, conveniently located and never feels over-crowded like the larger resorts. The grounds and views are spectacular. The resort has its quirks, including an inconsistent service level at the registration desk, but that is usually the only hiccup experienced. (And, I found it much improved in 2022!) While I enjoy the appointments and amenities found in B105, the unit is now under new ownership and prices have increased significantly. Based on the published rates on the Hawaii Life website, if I were to return in 2023, my 9-night stay would cost nearly $3,000 more than what I paid in 2020 (after fees and taxes), and about $2,000 more than the 2023 rates for a comparable rental in Building G. While the new owners and management company did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome, ensuring an easy check-in process and accommodating my request for a late check out, I cannot justify reserving my favorite unit at such a premium. Alas, I fear this may be the end of an era ... With that said, if you can afford the rate and additional charges (taxes, fees and refundable deposits bring the nightly rate for a 9-night stay up to $570 rather than $400), I highly recommend B105.

Perfect honeymoon

From the second we got to go property booking was extremely easy. The property is in prime location. There’s nothing I would change about the property itself or the booking process. We would’ve stayed longer if our next reservation would’ve allowed us to cancel without a charge. Property owners are in much communication with you. Neighbors at rental are great as well. Fantastic views you will see mini whales. Many amenities to offer. Great food within walking location. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer were great to have. Sunsets and roses are amazing. Can’t wait to stay again.

It's easy to watch whales directly from the living room. The access to the seawall, grills, pool, and putting greens is so convenient. The unit itself is beautifully remodeled and appointed. The kitchen is the most spacious well-stocked kitchen we've come across. If you love to cook, this is your unit! The mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom make for a good night's sleep on those occasional days when climate control is necessary. Papakea B105 will forever be our favorite!
