This beautiful, spacious, totally renovated coastal home is located just a 5 minute walk to Hillsboro Beach/Pompano Beach. We have private access to the beach.

Outside there is a beautifully landscaped yard with artificial turf, ambient outdoor lighting, and a newly installed pool with custom pavers, ideal for relaxation along with a tanning shelf with loungers, umbrellas and BBQ grill. Enjoy the beachside living with private access to Hillsboro Beach just 1/8 mile, only a 5 minute walk. The house is located on a quiet, lush street full of tropical Florida foliage in proximity to waterfront restaurants, tiki bars and shopping.

The home can accommodate a total of 11 guests w/ two additional sleeper sofas. Living room couch pulls out into a bed and also there is a sleeper sofa in the game room that sleeps 2.

- The start up kit includes some coffee pods, salt, pepper, a few trash bags,
a few dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods, first few rolls of toilet paper and roll of paper towels.

Pets not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet, dispose in tied bag in trash can.
The property includes a camera at the front of the property for security purposes and NoiseAware sound level monitoring system.
Swim at your own risk. Watch children around pool at all times!!
