Welcome to Stone Point Retreat! New 5 BR - Sleeps 12 - Luxury Retreat in Rochester, minutes from Mayo Clinic. Stone Point Retreat offers 4 luxury King bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed after a famous Mayo Clinic patient from history.

Choose between the Lou Gehrig Main Floor King Suite, with massive en suite white marble bathroom (walk in/no step shower, dual vanities, huge walk in closet, heated floors, separate makeup area, etc), or on the lower level, the Ernest Hemingway King Bedroom with adjacent bathroom, or the Johnny and June Carter Cash King Bedroom and Helen Keller King Bedroom (which share a Jack and Jill full bathroom). Each room was professionally designed to provide an immersive experience for its guests! We have also included various artifacts and books about each person if you want to learn more during your stay!

The restaurant style dining nook off the gourmet kitchen seats 12 at 3 round tables, and was designed to give the feel of eating under a canopy of trees.

There are two traditional common areas - a living room upstairs and one downstairs, both with a stone fireplace and outfitted with ultra comfy designer furniture.

Outdoors, you will have full access to a railed deck, set up for lounging or eating off the main level living room. Off the lower level living room, there is ample space for you to relax while your furry friends explore the fenced in backyard. And, speaking of your furry friends, up to 2 dogs are welcome to stay with you. We have a dedicated "Dog House"/(laundry room) on the lower level, complete with two retractable leashes, water and food bowls, various sizes of super soft washable dog beds and two collapsible crates (that can be subdivided for smaller dogs) - all for your use during your stay. After all, your doggos are on vacation too!

And, we may have saved the best for last! The large Bonus Room on the second level - designed around two more famous Mayo Clinic patients - Muhammad Ali and silent film actress Clara Bow - includes a 7' pool table that converts to a ping pong table, and a 98" tv - perfect for screening movies or watching the big game. Floor to ceiling red velvet draperies envelop the entire room - for the ultimate in surround sound, elegance and atmosphere. This room doubles as an additional bedroom - it includes two Queen pullout sofas and a bathroom with shower. There is also a dedicated office space within the bonus room.

Stone Point Retreat is located in a beautifully manicured Rochester neighborhood. Many rooms in the home have views through the windows of only trees.

Additional amenities include no-stairs (zero) entry to the home, a laundry room on each floor, use of a 2-car garage with EV charger, and ample closets. Stone Point Retreat is a property you won't want to leave!
