This three story home is one half of a duplex building, and guests will have the whole unit B with a rooftop patio to themselves. This place has an awesome shared outdoor ground level lounge area too, with a gas fireplace table and BBQ grill. There's also a shared outdoor hot tub. Inside, you'll find 6 bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a billiards table. Plus you'll be in East Austin, less than 2 miles from the Texas State Capital.

The Space:
Looking for an Austin home that's big enough for your whole crew to stay? Look no further! This beautiful 6-bedroom home can host up to 21 people at a time, and there's plenty of space for everyone! The spacious open concept design makes the living area group-friendly, and there's a billiards table and a large Smart TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, plenty of countertop space, and loads of cupboards to hold all your snacks. There's everything you need to prepare and serve a great meal, and you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill. A large shared outside entertainment area on the 1st-floor has long picnic tables with plenty of chairs for your group's outdoor activities, including dinner, drinks, and BBQ on the grill. There's an outdoor hot tub that is shared with the other half of the duplex that you may use. There’s also a private rooftop deck that you have exclusive access to, through the loft bedroom.

On the ground level of the home you'll find a bedroom with 2 queen beds and an attached bathroom that also connects to the living room. There is also a futon bed in the living room on this level. Up the stairs, there is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and ensuite bathroom; and another another separate bedroom with 2 king beds with an ensuite bathroom. The loft features a room with 1 double bed, and 2 twin beds, and has an suite bathroom, kitchenette, and access to the rooftop patio. Each of theses bedrooms comes with a laptop-friendly dedicated workstation, and the home is connected with high speed WiFi. The downstairs area of the house is where you'll find a bunk-bed room, and seating area with 2 fold out single beds. The laundry machines are also located here.

Plus, you'll be in a fantastic location, just minutes away from the edge of Austin's downtown bar district and live music scene on east and west 6th Street, and to the unique entertainment options on the famous Rainey Street. The historic Texas State Capital is less than 2 miles away, and the beautiful University of Texas campus is also nearby.
