Electric Vehicles will be charged $33 per day per vehicle for electric chargers (max 2 vehicles).

Please keep in mind, this is a Newly developed region of San Diego; utility companies and cell phone providers are actively expanding their network availability. AT&T customers will enjoy full and uninterrupted cell phone service; for other cell providers we highly recommend to connect to our local Super Fast High Speed Fiber Optic Wifi network Immediately upon arrival to property for seamless connectivity experience. Wifi details will be provided shortly prior to arrival. Additionally we highly recommend to enable “WiFi Calling” feature on your device (on iPhones, this setting is found under Settings>Cellular) And please enable Roaming ON for cellular data.

Once inside the home, you will have access to the parking garage with the wall-mounted garage door controller. For safety and security of our guests and neighbors we do not provide a remote garage opener.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as Community Shared Amenities: Outdoor BBQ + Gym+ Pool & Lounge Area. Community Shared Amenities are available everyday until 9pm.
