This one of the best cabins in the Smokies to experience the Fall leaf change! Every part of this luxury cabin was designed with your family in mind. This 3,000 sq ft cabin features 3 bd, pool, hot tub, game room, two living rooms, and a special bunk room for the kids. Decks and windows throughout provide stunning views from every level!

The cabin sleeps 11 total with 9 beds and parking for 3-4 vehicles right in front.

Welcome to Elevated Splash – Your Family’s Ultimate Mountain Getaway!

As you arrive at Elevated Splash, you'll find a flat, paved parking area perfect for three or four cars, making it easy to unload the family and all your gear. The adventure begins as soon as you step into the cabin, located on the middle of three stories.

Main Level – Family Comfort:
This floor is designed with families in mind. It features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and TV, offering a peaceful retreat for parents. The bathroom includes a double vanity and a bathtub-shower combo, making bath time with the kids a breeze. The luxury kitchen, with its granite countertops and custom cabinets, is ideal for preparing family meals. Gather around the dining table that seats 8, or enjoy casual snacks at the bar seating for 4. The living room, with a 55-inch TV over an electric fireplace, is perfect for cozy family movie nights. Large windows throughout offer stunning mountain views that everyone will love.

Top Level – Kid’s Paradise:
As you head upstairs, you’ll feel like you’ve entered a magical treehouse, perched nearly 60 feet off the ground with incredible, unobstructed mountain views. The game room, complete with a pool table and Pac-man game machine, is sure to be a hit with the kids. A movie-watching area with a 75-inch TV provides the perfect spot for family film marathons. This level also features an open space with a twin daybed and pull-out trundle, ideal for the kids to sleep and play. Two additional bedrooms are on this level: a cozy king-size bedroom with a TV for parents, and a kids' bunk room with 5 built-in twin bunks and a TV, making it a fun sleepover spot for the little ones.

Bottom Level – Endless Fun:
The excitement continues on the bottom level, where you’ll find your very own private indoor pool! This in-ground gunite custom pool, with its small waterfall and surrounding stone wall, is heated to 84 degrees year-round, ensuring fun for the kids no matter the weather. A bathroom is conveniently located nearby. While the kids splash around in the pool, parents can relax in the seating area by the pool or step out onto the deck to enjoy the mountain views from the 6-person hot tub. The bottom deck, like the rest of the cabin, offers breathtaking views, making it the perfect place to unwind.

Community Amenities:
Elevated Splash is nestled in a peaceful mountain community, offering family-friendly amenities to enjoy during your stay. The outdoor pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, is perfect for a refreshing swim. The community also features basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, as well as a pavilion with outdoor games, a small playground, a putting green, and a tranquil creekside seating area with a short walking path.

"What a gorgeous home! We just had such a wonderful time at Elevated Splash and it had all the comforts of home. Super clean, no clutter, awesome amenities like pool table, pac-man and huge tv for watching movies. I loved the incredibly comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were a big hit for both my 8 year old and me! We were up in the mountains surrounded by peace and quiet but only 15 minutes or so from all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Bobby was super nice- checked in via message a couple times to make sure we had all we needed. Hated to check out this morning! We will absolutely be back again!"

*The roads up to the cabin are steep mountain roads. You don’t get these views unless you go to the top of the mountain! The good news is all the roads up to the cabin are paved. And normally once someone drives the roads once or twice it’s not a big deal.

**The pool is “heated” but the temperature is kept at 84 degrees year around. This is important for the moisture levels in the basement. For some adults 84 degrees will feel cold but for kids they will love it! The pool is not heated up like a hot tub. For temps over 100 enjoy the hot tub on the deck!

***There was a wildfire that affected some of the neighborhood in March of 2022. Therefore, there are some houses that are being re-built throughout the neighborhood including our street. We provide sound machines in the sleeping areas to ensure those restful mornings.
