We loved our time in this beautiful condo! The floor plan made it easy to relax with 8 adults and teenagers with ample comfortable bedding. Location is a perfect distance between the city and the recreation in the Uintas. We can’t say enough! We plan to return next year.

Perfect place for a girls’ trip!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! It had everything we needed and more. The layout of the home is great for a group, plenty of beds in quiet parts of the house, a wonderful open concept living area great for gathering, and a beautiful view from the front and back of the property. The hot tub was the perfect place to warm up at the end of the day. The home is in a great location, only 10-15 minutes from all the main attractions but is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Park City!

The house was exactly how it was described, very clean and well maintained. Mark very helpful and answered emails within minutes. The manager of the house also extremely helpful and nice. Location is excellent, easy to find. Would highly recommend. If back in the area we hope to stay again.

Great place

Overall, a really nice property. They got a lot of snow right before we arrived which made getting to the property a bit tricky. Highly recommend AWD as the driveway is on an incline and with the snow one vehicle couldn't get up the driveway. The snow also made getting to the hot tub in back a little bit of a challenge without plunging a foot into the snow. Hot tub cover was a bit challenging to get back in place because of the snow and cover not working properly. So, overall 4.5 stars and highly recommended.

The house is great! Clean, cozy and tons of room. My kids loved having their own space downstairs with gaming system, pin ball machine and Foosball. The beds were very comfortable and lots of bathrooms. Fireplace made the place nice and warm. The kitchen is great, tons of space and everything you could need. Garage for car. There is a community center with pool table, workout room and movie room. My kids loved it. Hot tub was a plus! Easy distance to many places.

Lovely

A lovely vacation home, located just outside the bustle of Park City & Deer Valley proper -- ideally situated for starting the ski day at the base of Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, away from the crowds. This home is new and immaculate. Lots of bedrooms and beds -- all with Tempurpedic mattresses, soft linens and quilts (even in the bunk room which features two full-size beds and overhead bunks). The upstairs common space (open to the kitchen area) is very large, pleasantly decorated and wonderfully welcoming, with every amenity including a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, oversize sofas, armchairs, throw blankets a cabinet full of board games and an ample dining table for family gatherings. The kitchen sports generous new appliances, is fully stocked with cooking tools, has lots of prep space and a large eat up counter with plenty of bar stools for alternative dining, snacking, socializing. A nice bonus is the second, common space off the bunk room and an outdoor hot tub on the outdoor balcony. The hot tub is not only sparkling clean but, most impressively, it was warm and ready to go. The owner is a total class act: available and responsive.

Wonderful large family home in newer neighborhood 10-20 minutes from resorts.

We really enjoyed our full week in this spacious three-level home. We had plenty of room for 9 of us to enjoy time together, yet there was enough space to separate adults and kids into two living areas if needed. It was very easy for us to get in and out (with a 4WD), even with the 60+ inches of snow that fell during our stay. The neighborhood is frequently plowed, and has easy main and back road access to both PCMR and Deer Valley ski resorts. There is a great sledding hill directly across the street. It provided both adults and kids with a good workout to hike up and the reward of a longer ride down. The flat backyard provided many opportunities for friendly snowball fights. The owner was incredibly responsive through the VRBO app. We could not find any salt for the driveway or sidewalk when we arrived, and we sent a note asking where to find it. Within 15 minutes, we had some salt delivered to us for immediate use, and subsequently the property management company brought a few bags for the rest of our stay. All of our interactions with both the owner and the property manager were equally outstanding. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Condo with 3 levels, good views, lots of natural light, and a large hot tub

A great vacation spot with 3 levels and a hot tub. and a nice view. Lots of natural light fills the large great room on the main or middle level, and there was plenty of space for our group of 10; also on this level is a convenient half bath. Kitchen and pantry were well-stocked with dishes, cooking gadgets, pots & pans, 2 coffee makers, a cabinet full of spices, and lots of other non-perishables in the pantry.. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and extra pillows in the closets. The downstairs den and bunk room had a TV, fooseball, video games, and full bath for our 2 pre-teens. Even with all these people, and a one-year old child, everyone noticed how quiet the house was at night. The house was equipped with a pack-n-play crib for the 1-year old, and we put the crib in the walk-in closet of the master bedroom - that worked great. Everyone enjoyed the large hot tub on the ground level, Plenty of games, puzzles, and cards were in a cabinet at the top of the stairway to the upper level. It's in a very nice neighborhood, and just 10 minutes to the grocery stores and restaurants off of Kearns Blvd in Park City, and just a short distance more to the Park City Ski Resort. Its also very convenient to the Jordanelle Lift for Deer Valley. The owner was very attentive and responded immediately when we had any questions. We highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic Stay

We were a family of 11; 6 adults and 5 kids aged 3-16. The layout and features of the home were perfect for our group. The kids took over the basement bedroom and play areas and really enjoyed themselves and each other’s company. The cousins don’t get to see each other so often so we’re thrilled to have endless time together playing and telling stories at bedtime. The bedrooms upstairs were great for the 3 couples. The kitchen/living area was great for all the meals and entertainment and just large enough to keep the TV sports watching folks happy but still engaged with the others. All in all, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.

This home was cozy, clean, orderly and filled with most everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

We loved our time in this home. The owner, Mark was personable and available to answer any questions. The local property managers were also available and helpful. When we arrived at the home, things were clean and orderly with great instructions regarding various aspects of the property. Lots of things to do in the house and a nice community center. The snow was wonderful with a sledding area for small children close by. The hot tub was relaxing and comfortable. We had a lovely experience renting this property and highly recommend it to others.

comforts of home

We come to Park City as a family every March and occasionally in the summer, while my husband comes more often. This house can easily accommodate more than one family as the lower level room has a sofa and gameroom for teens/children as well as adults. Extremely comfortable seating in a nice, open space (living room and kitchen area) with an outdoor balcony. Lovely views. We love this location especially if you want to avoid noisier areas in town. The Jordanelle Reservoir is literally down the road if you want more great views or a perfect summer setting too. Clubhouse has an exercise room which is extra nice for those of you who may not ski :) Fabulous vacation. Hope to stay here again.

Nice Comfortable Space

We stayed here for a week of Spring skiing. We liked being close to Park City but not too close and from a location standpoint this property was perfect. The house itself was nice, the kitchen was spacious and the living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were adequate but a little small. A large part of the square footage was in the bottom floor which would be nice if you have kids but we didn't really use it. The hot tub was nice. It may be rated for 8 people but at best you can fit 6 adults comfortably in it. The view down the valley was better than a lot of the other properties that we looked at. One thing you can't tell from the pictures is that this is a new construction neighborhood so there is quite a bit of construction activity. No issues with noise though. The owner and property manager were both very responsive to my inquiries and since nobody was coming in after us they let us have a late checkout which was very helpful.

Great place!

We traveled from Texas with our family and some friends for spring break skiing. The place accommodated everyone wonderfully. Couldn't have been better! New construction, clean, well furnished. Loved the open concept main floor with plenty of seating for dining as well as lounging in the living area and a half bath. Bottom floor is a great retreat for the kids to hang out with their own living area, flat screen TV, gaming system, bunk room and full bath. Top floor was perfect for the adults with 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms. The huge master shower with two shower heads is a dream! Lastly, the hot tub was awesome. Just what the Dr. ordered after a long day of skiing. Location is ideal to several of the ski areas. We skied the main Park City resort which was less than a 10 minute drive from the house. The Canyons and Deer Valley are equally as close. There are several parking lots to park in when you get there which are all free. This was our first time to Park City and we loved it. Plenty to do, great restaurants and the locals are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great house for family ski vacation

We loved our stay at this beautiful townhome. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was an easy drive to Park City and the ski areas. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing in the deep Utah powder. The owner Mark was very responsive and great to work with. The property manager was a phone call away but we never needed to call for anything. Thanks for a great stay!

Disappointed | Caution 4 Business Trip guests | Sundance Film Fest

In sum, I was anxious & nervous upon arrival (I was in town on business with my cast, family and admin team for the Sundance Film Fest): 1) Cell service didn't work in critical parts of the neighborhood 2) maps and house numbers are out of order, one must hunt for the specific property 3) Home was somewhat damaged and unclean upon arrival. Upon a packed scheduled we were forced to spend time with the home's up keep and consequently missed some business plans, activities and meetings. Pros: HomeOwner (Mark) available, solid attempts to accommodate, friendly. Comfortable beds, media/TV, large kitchen, beautiful master bedroom + closet + shower. Cons: - Too pricey for experience (Paid $4,900 for 8 nights). At first the price was $450 with one night free, somehow it jumped to $613/per night x 8. - Home was halfway dirty, dusty, soiled (couches, kitchen runner, carpets, pillow sheets). - carpet damage (I reported upon arrival/ received $300 insurance claim after departure) - open food from past guests in cabinet - lots of pet hair in den and specifically on couch (one of my guests is allergic) - Poor and no cell phone service in home and in community (even with Verizon booster in home) AT&T doesn't work well either. - Last minute (unaware) of property management person to schedule check-in (unavailable). However, we received a code for access. Could have avoided the back and forth attempts to sync with manager. - Emailed owner arrival info concerns and received a generic correspondence. The only attempt to correct the concerns was for a main bedroom light. Unexpectedly, a maintain person arrived and tried to replace bulb with my mom in the room sleeping. No, I did not allow that to happen. He seemed unhappy to not gain entrance. - my cast washed their pillow sheets and comforter because they were uncomfortable with how they looked/questioned if cleaned. - Some cheap items/appliances that we had to be careful of not breaking. - Had to dig 2 feet of snow out of entire driveway (removal services in neighborhood was overworked and lacked workers). We were eventually able to get them late night (11 hours later). We could not get car onto driveway, stuck in the street until removal truck came (we had 4 wheel drive and experienced East Coast raised drivers). In conclusion, the property, in my opinion (7 years experience of booking Sundance housing) this housing should range between $350-450 during Sundance dates. Owner should change mgmt. company.
