About the Space:
Located on the Snowcreek meadow, surrounded by aspen trees, this spacious 2631 sq. ft., 2-story townhome, is a one-of-a-kind mountain retreat. It is the perfect place to call home during any season in Mammoth Lakes. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, home will comfortably sleep up to 8 people.
The home is grand with vaulted ceilings and a sprawling living, kitchen and dining area. The living room offers a comfortable couch with large TV, gas fireplace to keep warm during the cold winter months, and a private patio overlooking the meadow and local nature Mammoth has to offer. The updated kitchen is fully stocked, with solid granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, making a perfect space to cook a delicious meal for the whole family. There is a private BBQ on the back deck, stocked with free propane (available during summer months only). There is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 in the kitchen, as well as dining area with a nice-sized table – perfect for hosting small gatherings.
All the bedrooms are oversized with TVs, remodeled ensuite bathrooms with solid granite countertops and marble tile, and ample clothing storage. The primary bedroom is on the main level, just off the living area, with the same incredible meadow views and private deck access. The primary bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, large closet and dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom has vaulted ceilings and overlooks the meadow. The second bedroom has two queen beds, closet and dresser, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower. Bedroom 3 is located on the opposite side of the hall for ample privacy. It also offers vaulted ceilings, king sized bed and twin trundle bed, closet and dresser, and ensuite bathroom with large single vanity and tub/shower.
The home has two separate dedicated workspaces – one off the entryway in the front of the home with a desk and chair; the other is located on the landing at the top of the stairs, with a desk, chair, monitor, and printer. The private in-unit laundry is located in the hallway off the garage. The private 2-car garage is available for guest use, both for parking and equipment storage. The home has its own driveway that can be utilized for parking as well. There's a large mudroom located at the front of the house to store all shoes, gear, and equipment.
This property is also close to the Snowcreek Athletic club which offers day passes and a host of activities. Just outside of the complex, on the main road, is the town bike bath, and free town shuttle stop, making easy access to the mountain and the entire town.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

This property has access to a ski-locker at Canyon Lodge (check Mammoth Mountain's website for dates of operation).
This property has access to Mammoth Black Passes for an additional cost which offers the following:
- “First in the line” passes for unlimited skiing and riding at Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain.
- Premiere parking at any of the lodges w/ Black Pass Parking Pass.
- Backcountry trail access at the Tamarack Cross-County Ski Center.
- Bike trail access at the Mammoth Mountain Bike Park (during summer months).
- 50% off all green fees at the Sierra Star Golf Course (while the golf course is open/available).
