Nice Townhome, easy drive to campus
Overall, we did enjoy our stay, it was comfortable and met our needs. I know it was a newer property to be offered and the owners obviously put some effort into getting it ready to be a rental as there were several nice upgrades and decor. Honest feedback is always important if you want return customers not only to this property but for your business.
-way too many pillows in the couches. In order for people to sit down, you had to put someone on the floor and I doubt they want their pillows on the floor.
- closets only had a couple hangers
- kitchen was lacking of staple things like bowls, plates were chipped, Glasses, etc. a quick dollar store run could solve this and have matching items.
- the clear plastic pouches for game days were a nice touch!
- remove the table right next to the door on the left when u walk in. It's an end table but is an obstacle and if someone sits on it, it likely will not hold them.
-the biggest thing is that you advertise it as a 2 bedroom house and it's a Duplex or townhouse. I was expecting a house but having a shared wall and shared parking is not that by definition. So that was disappointing especially given the game day surge pricing for it.
