The second bedroom features two queen sized beds and the third bedroom features a king sized bed. The condo features a walkthrough oceanside balcony and a bayside balcony with an electric grill.

-Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions (Spring Break: 3/7/25-3/17/25) (Semana Santa 4/11/25-4/20/25): Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. IMMEDIATE FAMILIES ONLY (parents, grandparents, & children)
-Maximum of 6 guests permitted.
-Only registered individuals will be allowed access on property.
-No pets allowed.
