Outstanding

It is apparent how much pride and care the owners put into this rental. They go above and beyond for the guest. The house is beautiful and perfect for families. The downstairs has a big play space for kids and a big open concept living/dining area. The location is great too. It's in very quiet development, but not far from downtown North Conway. Cheryl also provided us with a list of activities for our group. We are already talking about a booking a stay this summer.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Cheryl communicated with us every step of the way and gave great restaurant recommendation's. House was clean, spacious and set up perfectly for our family with children. Location was perfect to North Conway and Storyland. We hope to return again soon!

Amazing vacation

We had the best vacation at NAC Conway! The layout of the house was perfect for our family of five as well as when our friends and their children came up to go to storyland. Having the playroom downstairs was awesome and the kids loved having that space. The pond and beaches were so close and fun to jump off the docks. We can’t wait to go back!!

Serene Oasis

We had an incredible stay at this house. It was a great time to relax and enjoy with friends. We stayed during the eclipse, and it was breathtaking from the large deck on the front of the house. The house and location feels like a serene oasis. We will be back soon!

Amazing house!

We visited for a girls weekend away and the house was amazing! There was plenty of room for all of us that we didn’t feel like we were on top of anyone. The host was so helpful with recommendations and being in touch in case we needed anything! 10/10 recommended visiting the soaking pot in North Conway! The house was a perfect location to North Conway but also out of the hustle and bustle of town. Will definitely be back soon! Been thinking about the next trip since I left. Thank you for everything

What a wonderful house for a family trip!

This house really checked all the boxes for my family. Great location, beautiful house, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, games for all ages, I could go on and on. The best past of the experience was the warm and attentive support from the home owners who did their best to keep my family informed and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!

Spacious, clean and cozy

Warm and Cozy

The perfect house for a large family gathering. Great location close to all the amenities that you can think of. The house was spotless and well-equipped! It made a wonderful Thanksgiving location for a family gathering and enjoy each other’s company!

Awesome

What an awesome way to spend New Year's with your family! We had a great time staying here including every thing about the house, location, was exactly as described! Cheryl was an awesome host very good with communication throughout the whole stay! There was even a gift left for us when we arrived for New Year's which was much appreciated! We look forward to spending another long weekend here in the future. The house had everything we needed including a grill outdoors, plenty of places to sit, play cards, have dinner for the whole family. Thanks again.

Perfect getaway!!

We just had a much needed “Moms” weekend at this house. 9 of us escaped to go have some fun! Everything about it was just perfect!! Cheryl, the host is very helpful and responsive to your needs. She has a lot of great ideas and recommendations of things to do in the area no matter the season! The house is very cozy and the gas fireplace was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Perfect

This is our 3rd summer renting this house. We love it so much. The beaches are so close and perfect for kids. The house is so close to downtown for Storyland in the summer and skiing and tubing at King Pine and Cranmore in the winter. Cheryl, the host, is so helpful and accommodating. Perfect birthday week

The house was perfect for Nana and Papa, their two daughters, and their families. Everything we needed from baby to adult was provided. We used the beach toys, beach chairs, kayaks, high chairs, air hockey table, giant connect four, life jackets etc. There wasn’t anything we felt was missing. We went to Edelweiss Beach numerous times. We thought of trying the other beaches, maybe next time. We went to Storyland that was not too far away. Overall great location and beautiful home for a memorable family vacation and to celebrate Nana’s birthday!

Awesome winter getaway

We shared on amazing few days with my siblings and their families celebrating our mother's 75th bday over the christmas break. This was the perfect space for everyone to meet up and enjoy spending some quality time together. The space was warm, cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to hang out, share meals and play games around the dining room table. The dog loved laying by the fire and the kids especially loved the toys and air hockey! We even had snow when we were there and took advantage by sledding in the yard and finding some frozen ponds nearby to ice skate on. The house was close to the shopping in North Conway and we even went to Jackson for a sleighride and more ice skating which was amazing. The host was super communicative and helpful both before and during the trip. We all highly recommend this home - thanks Cheryl!

Perfect Christmas week for our family!

My husband and I moved to a small rental after hosting Christmas in our home for 27 years. Our new townhome isn't yet complete, so we worried that we wouldn't be able to gather for the holidays this year. However, after seeing a Facebook post showing the NAC Conway house, I thought we might have found a solution. It ended up being perfect! Cheryl was so welcoming, even putting up a Christmas tree for us and leaving a fun game as a gift. We were able to enjoy a week with our sons, our eldest son's fiancée, and my mom as well as the family dogs. We enjoyed the fireplace and had many tasty meals and rousing games around the dining room table. We all had enough room to spread out and enjoy some privacy and quiet reflection when needed, but we were happiest when enjoying each other's company in the great room/kitchen/dining area. We had everything we needed and more! Truly, a lovely, welcoming family home!

Accommodating and near EVERYTHING!

We come up to the White Mountains every year and we have stayed at “many” different homes. This was our first experience with this house and the hosts could not have been more accessible! From email updates before we got there to being there if we had any questions. The house is about 20 minutes south of North Conway but if you know the back roads you get there and avoid any traffic. We had 4 adults, a chocolate lab and a 19 month old and we were taking the lil fella to Santa’s Village for the first time on one of our days. The kitchen was stocked and we were even impressed that the stove had child proof covers on the knobs! The lay out from the kitchen to dining room to living room was open and easy to navigate. The one bedroom upstairs had its own bathroom with a hot tub and a huge walk in closet. Downstairs the first bedroom was huge and the second one had two twin beds, which is where the baby stayed at night. The bathroom here also had the laundry so no going up and down stairs for that! The basement was “loaded” with games and space (two more bunk beds) and we spent one night down there playing giant Jenga! THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWERS WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED UP HERE! Although we did get a fire permit we never did get around to using the fire pit! The owners are fairly new at this location but you can feel there dedication to getting it right and they have a fan in me and my family. We could not have asked for anything more than what they delivered. This house will be ground zero for many happy family gatherings around New England and anyone who visits the White Mountains. Well done folks!! Places to eat? Breakfast…Peaches, Glen Junction, Pricilla’s, Yesterday’s and of course Banners Dinner…Vito Marcellos, Muddy Moose, Red Fox Bar and Grille…In the past I would have recommended Ledges and if your OK just paying for the view then go for it. But the service is slow, the food is cold when you get it and this is three years in a row now! Places to go? Kancamangus Highway if your a leaf peeper but they have many stops along the way for hiking and hanging out. Black Cap Peak…can’t beat the views Santa’s Village (about 90 minutes from North Conway) and Story Land…both are seasonal so check the web site! Living Shores Aquarium next to Story Land! Cathedral Ledge…spectacular views! Regardless of your itinerary, this house is the perfect rendezvous point for ALL your needs!

Amazing!

Amazing!

I have never used an airBNB/VRBO house because I was so skeptical. However, this time we needed more room than a hotel could offer. I stumbled upon the NAC house in Conway and I am SO grateful we did! All the comments about how great Cheryl was is what secured my rental. From the moment we booked until the time we left, she was available for anything. It was so nice. Now the house - if you have kids and need a place that feels like home, book this place! Our three kids were entertained and I don’t think fought one time! We will be back! It was an amazing time away! Thank you Cheryl and family!!! We will be back!

Communication is very clear and prompt; house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

Cheryl was in touch leading up to our stay and made sure we had all of the information we needed. The packet provided was extremely helpful - we took advantage of a few of the recommendations. Beaches were very close by - short drive away (less than 5 mins) and was perfect for swimming and fishing with little kids. The house was clean, spacious and included all essentials needed. Back deck was great for grilling and meals and basement was perfect for kids to play in with lots of toys provided. The house works wells for guests with small children. We’d stay again next time we’re in the area.

Relaxed comfort

My brother in law, his wife, my husband and I shared this getaway as a Christmas gift to each other. We needed time to be with each other without stress and distraction. We wish we had more time. The property was as advertised and more. So comfortable with all the comforts we needed. It was a delight. Hopeful we can do it again.

Another amazing trip to Conway!

This is our second trip to NAC and we absolutely love staying at this house. It’s close to North Conway so there’s lots to do, plus the opportunity for skiing in the winter and Santa’s village in the summer. This trip we spent our time exploring Jackson but also spent a day around the house. The setup is perfect for families and my kids had a blast playing downstairs and their nightly baths in the jacuzzi tub. When we stayed last summer, we loved swimming in the lake. We are looking forward to our stay in august where we can enjoy the warm weather and do some hiking on local trails. On top of having a great, comfortable and clean house to stay in, Cheryl is the greatest host. She’s super friendly and helpful and has put together an awesome resource guide to anyone who stays. We are so happy to have a favorite place to stay in Conway and hope it becomes a family tradition for us to stay here. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at NAC Conway! The house and amenities were perfect for our 2 families of 4. The house was spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed playing air hockey and ping pong. The adults enjoyed playing board games near the fireplace. The house was close to many attractions! We enjoyed hiking from Echo Lake to Cathedral Ledge and saw some amazing views! We enjoyed shopping in North Conway and dinners at Barley and Salt and Moat Mountain Brewing Company. We spent a day at the Fryeburg Fair in Maine, just a 20 minute drive. Cheryl, our host was great and provided her phone number in case of any questions. We hope to be back soon!

The location is perfect for all seasons. The house is located off a side street, so there is no traffic. The neighborhood has access to 5 private beaches. There's a dock to jump off of for kids (and fun-loving adults). We also have easy access to North Conway.

Our reviews always say: that the house is in a private neighborhood, but so close to downtown. It's the best of both worlds.

The access to the beaches is always a fan favorite. We're also close to King Pine and Cranmore which are great family-friendly mountains. We also have 3 young children, so we understand what families are looking for when they are on vacation.
