This vacation villa is located in the charming Solterra gated resort, just 15 mins from the Orlando-themed parks, including Disney World, and the luscious golf courses of Reunion and Champions Gate. There is a Target supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Multiple restaurants, banks and other services approximately 3 miles from the home.

> Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st of Oct. to the 31st of March. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated, you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
> No big parties or events allowed in any home. No loud outside noise after 10PM in any homes.
> First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.
> Guests will have access to park 5 cars, if you’re planning on bringing more, please inquire first.
> Grills- We provide either a charcoal or gas grill in our Pool Villas. Charcoal and replacement Gas tank needs to be provided and replaced by guest. We ask guests who use the grills to clean and empty prior to departure, so they are ready for next guest
> All homes are strictly nonsmoking inside, and a $700 fee will apply, if our cleaners detect smoking odor in the home.

Facts about pool/spa warming. It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-85 Fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers, so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore, it will be some cooling of during nighttime when temperature drops. AVD is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.
