In the highly coveted area of Long Beach, you will be perfectly situated to soak up all that this charming beach community offers: just one street away from the water's edge with sandy beaches showcasing views of three states, a bike ride away from a groovy summer cafe, a full gym, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and a children's play area.
A 10-minute car ride or easy 25-minute easy bike ride to the zoo, shopping, gaming, boating, spas, restaurants, golf, stables, and the vibrant art district.

For those times when you need a quiet place to get some work done, the main floor den is home to the office and offers a bright and inspiring space, with its two bay windows and large desk; the desk is stocked with basic office supplies, including a printer/copier/scanner. We offer the fastest internet service that Comcast provides "Preferred Gigabit" high-speed Wi-Fi, with download speeds of up to 1200 Mbps.

The main floor den also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen memory foam sofa sleeper and its own ensuite full marble bath that is ADA-friendly.

The designer gourmet kitchen offers a professional grade dual fuel oven, 6 gas burner cook-top, Calphalon cookware and bakeware, three dishwashers, two sinks, and a double wall oven, punctuated with quartz countertops, and Kohler fixtures-a feast awaits!
