We look forward to welcoming guests to this calm one bedroom apartment located in Arjan. Nestled in a peaceful community, creating the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city - guests are in for a relaxing stay. Close to two of Dubai's most visited parks and also a short car ride away from popular attractions like JBR Beach, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, there are plenty of places to see. Please note this area is isolated and nearby attractions need to be reached by taxi or car.
Designed with comfort and style in mind - this one bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple or single traveller. Equipped with elegant furnishings and all the amenities that guests could need to ensure a comfortable stay including high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps
The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven and stove. Please note there is no dishwasher. There is a bay window opening onto the living room ensuring you are connected to your loved ones when preparing any meals. The living area feels spacious and features a comfortable sofa and lounge chair with a smart TV. There is also a guest bathroom and balcony.
The bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with an ensuite bathroom stocked with hotel grade towels and essentials.
Guests can enjoy the facilities that the building offers such as swimming pool.
