The open concept living area design is framed by white oak floors and grand windows. For your entertainment, the living room has a large flat screen Smart TV with complimentary high speed internet connection.

Living flows effortlessly to chef’s kitchen, which has quartz counters, a floating island and KitchenAid appliances. There is a large family dining table surrounded by windows that look out onto the back patio, and the home is equipped with all the tools you need to prepare and serve a great meal. Plus, you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill. The grill is located on the patio deck, where you'll also find an outdoor lounge with fire-table. Perfect for cozying up around at night with one of Austin's locally made brews. There's also a firepit in the backyard if you're feeling a little more rustic. Did someone say s'mores?

Back inside, both bedrooms are located on the second level of the home. The Queen bedroom has a sparkling en-suite bathroom, boasting a frameless glass shower with floor-to-ceiling snow glass tile. There is another full bathroom next to the King bedroom. Both bedrooms come with fresh linens, comfortable mattresses, and fluffy pillows.

And if you know anything about the east side, you know it's brimming with culture, swagger, and authenticity.

East Austin boasts an eclectic and diverse range of dining options. It is home to an excellent strip of bars and music venues that line East 6th, 7th, and 12th Streets, and an eclectic mix of restaurants are also available in that same area. Food courts with trucks and taco stands are abundant on East Cesar Chavez and along Chicon Street, where one can get anything from chicken and waffles to carne guisada without hurting your wallet.

Shopping choices are enormous, with thrift and vintage stores at prices that can't be beat as well as locally owned boutiques. Music and art shows are a weekly fixture, but this area also hosts special events like the East Side Art Crawl, Punk Rock Market, free and barter events, and film specials at locally owned theaters. Simply people watching while sipping a coffee, bubble tea, or organic beverage from one of the area's many shops or stands is an activity anyone can enjoy.
