A leisurely three-minute walk takes you to the pristine, sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, where natural dunes create a private, tranquil beach atmosphere. The gated resort offers a variety of amenities to enhance your stay, including a heated indoor pool, two outdoor saltwater pools (one adults-only), a hot tub, sauna, steam room, a fully equipped gym, pickleball and tennis courts, volleyball, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and a putting green.

Emerald Dreams accommodates up to six guests in two beautifully designed bedrooms, each featuring plush king beds. The spacious living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The master bedroom has its own private bath, while the second bedroom is near another shared bath accessible from the living area. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with nightstands, reading lamps, ceiling fans, and a mounted flat-screen smart TV in the master suite.

The open-concept living and kitchen area is ideal for both relaxation and entertaining, with a dining area that seats four, plus bar seating for two. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, from a drip coffee pot and K-cup coffee maker to a toaster oven and crockpot. After a day of beach fun, unwind on the private balcony with peek-a-boo views of the Gulf and the pool—a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails.

While the condo does not have in-unit laundry, shared laundry facilities are conveniently located on the first floor near the elevator. For your beach day convenience, we provide a beach cart, reusable beach chairs, and beach toys. The property maintains a pet-free environment for all guests.

Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico differs greatly from pool swimming. Guests are urged to respect the water's strength and protect local marine life. Riptides are a concern, so please stay vigilant about water conditions. Check tide and weather updates before entering the Gulf. Our vacation rentals are near nature preserves, home to diverse wildlife. Please watch your step and avoid disturbing creatures like snakes, rabbits, coyotes, and more. Leave beach equipment off the shore overnight to protect nesting sea turtles, especially during their May to October nesting season. It's crucial to respect sea turtles, as disturbing them or their nests is a federal offense. Avoid leaving beach gear or bright lights on the beach overnight, as they disorient baby turtles. Help preserve our endangered species. For recycling on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, guests must take items to the firehouse by Sassy Bass Market. The facility accepts aluminum, cardboard, and plastic; glass is not accepted.

Beach Equipment:
At Beats Working, we don't provide beach gear like chairs or umbrellas at our beach homes. However, we do offer beach towels, and we can connect you with trusted rental companies for all your beach needs. Check your check-in message for details.
