Es befindet sich in "Uptown" SLO, werden Sie in der Nähe der alles sein. Cafés, Antiquitätenläden, Restaurants, Cal Poly, The Mission, Körperbäder & Salons und Geschäfte der Innenstadt sind nur einen kurzen Ausflug oder Sie können in einem nahe gelegenen Haltestelle warten, bis der Wagen Ihr persönliches Taxi um unsere malerische Stadt zu sein.

Der Bungalow:
Das charmante California Bungalow ist geräumig bei 900 sq. Ft. Mit einem benutzerdefinierten umgebaut Bad und Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und Dusche und ist mit Spa-Qualität Annehmlichkeiten. Schlafzimmer hat ein handgemachtes Cal-King-Bettrahmen, bequemen Matratze und alle Baumwoll-Bettwäsche für die meisten Komfort! Craftsman-Stil Mobiliar bietet viel Stauraum für längere Aufenthalt. Stainless Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler hinzufügen modernen Komfort in diesem klassischen Küche, die komplett für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse Kochen bestückt. Ein stapelbarer Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Waschküche befindet euch auf einen längeren Aufenthalt zu Hause fühlen. Pkw-Stellplatz ist für ein zweites Fahrzeug zur Verfügung.

Bei Ankunft:
Die Gäste werden die Lockbox durch das Tor auf der "Auffahrt Seite" des Hauses. Wir verfügen über einen großen bewachten Innenhof in der vor dem Haus, die Gäste sind willkommen zu verwenden. Es gibt eine Terrasse zurück, wo die Autos geparkt sind, dass wir privat halten möchten.

Die Interaktion mit den Gästen:
Wir leben hier im Haus, so kann in Ihnen auf dem Grundstück laufen aber wir unseren Gästen neigen sein zu lassen und sie ermutigen, zu Hause während ihres Aufenthalts zu fühlen. Wenn Sie tatsächlich mit uns besuchen möchten, stehen wir Ihnen gerne für ein schönes Getränk auf der Terrasse entgegen.

Die Nachbarschaft:
Wir leben in einer sehr urbanen Teil SLOtown. Es gibt eine Menge von Fußgänger / Auto Tätigkeit als wir von Restaurants, Cafés und Schulen umgeben sind. Es ist sehr günstig gelegen und die Nachbarschaft ist lebendig!

Rumkommen:
Wir sind etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß in verschiedene Richtungen in die Innenstadt "Kern", Cal Poly und dem Bahnhof.
Die Wagen und Bushaltestellen sind ganz in der Nähe von.
Der Flughafen liegt etwa 10 Meilen entfernt.
Wenn Sie fahren, bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Haus fast 100 Jahre alt ist und die Zufahrt ist sehr schmal. Wenn Sie ein größeres Fahrzeug oder eine, die sehr niedrig ist, können Sie es vorziehen auf der Straße zu parken. Es ist ein Parkplatz auf der Prämisse, erlaubt. Alle zusätzlichen Fahrzeuge bitte reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße.

Great location, close to downtown, 101, and 1. Relaxing and although owners bungalow next to rental they are there to answer or give recommendations without any intrusion on your privacy.

Cute bungalow with luxury touches

Great location and nice touches like robes and a basket with goodies. We stayed while dropping our Daughter off at Cal Poly. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close to campus and close to downtown. You can walk to both. Overall, this is great spot to stay.

Wonderful Bungalow Retreat

We had a great stay at the Classic California Bungalow. The duplex came clean with all the amenities listed. It is conveniently located next to several restaurants and cafes. We also loved how it was walkable to the heart of downtown SLO. Juli and Andrew were very responsive with any questions we had and were excellent hosts!

Perfect place to stay while visiting SLO

We fell in love with this early 1900s bungalow and all its charm and beauty and impressive renovations. It seems much more spacious than the pictures show. The bed and futon were extremely comfortable. We came down for a girls weekend with my friend, my daughter and her friend. The younger girls shared the futon and with the living room having french doors you can close they basically had a great room to themselves. The whole place was very clean and updated. Sitting on the front patio was our favorite spot. And we loved having off street parking. It is definitely walking distance to downtown which was great. We will request this stay every time we visit SLO in the future!

Comfortable and convenient

The bungalow was ideal - clean, cozy, bright. It retains much of the character of an older house, but is updated with modern conveniences.The outside patio is a perfect place to hang out, read, have a drink. Thoughtful touches throughout. And—this is important—a really comfortable mattress and sheets. Easy walk to downtown. Many restaurants, brewpubs, & coffee shops within a few minutes walk. We really didn't need a car, except to go to the beach, which is 15 minutes away.

Perfect

The bungalow was everything we hoped it would be. My sister and I loved our proximity to walking to dinner and shopping and it was such a cute cozy place to hang out. Definitely recommend for quiet girls weekend getaway.

Relaxing, Comfortable Home Away From Home

We throughly enjoyed our second stay here for Cal Poly's Parent's Weekend. The bungalow is roomy, comfortable and a great place to relax with our kids while visiting! We will definitely come back to this homey, relaxing retreat!

Comfortable and Convenient for Cal Poly Student Move-in Weekend!

What a great place to relax with our son before moving him into his new dorm at Cal Poly. So convenient to campus as well as walking distance to all the great restaurants and Thursday night's Farmers Market! Already have our reservation booked for Parent's Weekend in October, so we will be back soon!

Loved everything but the street noise

Well kept and spacious in a convenient location. The first night we had trouble falling asleep since it's on a fairly busy street. We happened to be in town during an unprecedented heat wave (104 three days in a row) so we slept much better with the a/c noise blocking the street noise (btw, the a/c worked great!). The bed and bedroom were plenty large and the living offered a day bed that we did not use (I never checked to see if the couch also pulled out). We did not cook but the kitchen seemed to offer all the amenities.

The bungalow is perfectly appointed and thoughtfully supplied.

We had a great weekend stay and appreciated that the property is walkable to downtown and many fun places to eat or pick up food to consume in the comfort of the bungalow. This may be a shallow thing but I love it when a lovely bathroom comes with nice shampoo and conditioner to match! Will definitely put this on our short list of places to stay when visiting SLO in the future.

Very cute, but noisy

We really did enjoy staying there. The bed was fine, but the pillows were a bit thin. We went out and bought our own pillows and we recommend you bring your own. The house is very large and roomy. It's clean and has what you need for your stay and well stocked with the basics. The only issue we had was the traffic noise. Monteray Street is a busy street. There are businesses all around the property. Delivery trucks start unloading at 5:00 am and they are not quiet. The garbage is picked up at 5:30 on Saturday's. It does quiet down around 10pm and starts up again at 5:00 am Monday's through Fridays. Saturdays is also busy. Sunday's were quiet. There is a great coffee place next door and a couple of eating establishments. The residence suited our purposes, but if your looking for a quiet place to stay, I would not recommend it.

Charming and Convenient Duplex

My family of four (2 adults and 2 children) enjoyed our 10 day stay in the charming bungalow. It was clean, spacious and well-appointed. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, however, there are restaurants very close by so we hardly cooked. We walked to the coffee shop next door every morning and the Farmer's Market on Thursday evening. We also had the pleasure of meeting Andrew and Juli towards the end of our stay. They were friendly and welcoming. Juli was responsive and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this duplex!

Perfect, cozy home with great layout

Absolutely loved this spot! The floor plan inside has so much character, which my fiancé and I were a huge fan of. Great location - directly next door to an awesome coffee shop, only a few minute drive to downtown and short drive to the beach. We loved the modern updates throughout the home and felt very comfortable. House was clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner as well. Juli was also very helpful and informative. We're already looking forward to returning!

Great location - nice property

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. Juli was great to work with. Everything was ready for us. The bungalow is plenty of room with a lovely bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and sitting room. The location is very convenient to downtown San Luis Obispo.

SLO Bungalow

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days while in SLO for a tournament. This bungalow is darling and has all of the amenities. It's super close proximity to downtown is fantastic. We walked every day to shopping & all meals. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have lived in San Luis Obispo for a number of years, building our businesses here and making it our home. We enjoy renovating this 1928 bungalow that we live in and rent out the other half to visiting folks like yourself. We love this area of the Central Coast for it's simpleness, quiet scenery and magnificent coastline. For being such a small town, I am ever amazed at how many things there are to do around here!

Being in the business of home design and construction, my husband and I saw the potential in this house. Code words for fixer upper! We have and continue to renovate it to our own liking, enhancing the craftsman/spanish style while adding the modern conveniences that make it a joy to live in.
The Monterey Street House is clean, classic and comfortable for your stay here in San Luis Obispo. Again, the location can not be beat for easy walking/biking access to Cal Poly, Downtown SLO, and freeway access.
