Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We recently stayed at this home and had a mixed experience. While the view of the ravine was very nice and the property had undergone a recent renovation, it was incomplete, leaving many aspects of the stay frustrating.
There was no internet, Wi-Fi, or television anywhere in the home. If we had known there was no internet or TV, we wouldn’t have booked the property.
The property also lacked basic amenities—no bath towels, no mugs or cups for coffee or tea, and very minimal furniture. Patio chairs were placed inside for seating, which was uncomfortable. The bed frame was poorly assembled, with screws falling off and parts of it coming apart, making it unsafe to sleep on. Loose electrical wiring was present, and construction debris was left inside cupboards, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our 1-year-old son. Additionally, none of the windows had curtains or drapes, compromising privacy.
Many of the amenities listed in the rental advertisement were missing.
While the location and view were great, we expected much better for the price. The property needs to complete the renovation and address these issues before we could recommend it.
