Blick auf Claflin Landing Beach, Chatham Harbour, North Beach und den Atlantik! Von diesem typischen Cape-Stil aus können Sie alles zu Fuß erreichen. Gehen Sie zwei Häuserblocks nach Westen und Sie befinden sich im Zentrum der Stadt an der Main Street am Mayflower und am Chatham Squire! Kaufen Sie nach Herzenslust ein, genießen Sie eine Mahlzeit in einem der vielen Restaurants der Stadt oder schnappen Sie sich eine Eistüte und kehren Sie zu Ihrem Sommerurlaub zurück!

Eigentum kann 6-8 schlafen. Master Suite im ersten Stock mit eigenem Bad und einem Queensize-Bett. Zweiter Stock mit zwei zusätzlichen Schlafzimmern und einem Vollbad. Eines mit einem Queensize-Bett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wohnzimmer bietet auch einen Größengleichschläfer an.

Außendusche, Terrasse vor der Küche und Sonnenbank mit Terrassentisch und großem Weber-Gasgrill.

Alle Möbel, Einrichtungsgegenstände, Teppiche, Kissen, Vorräte und Accessoires werden nach Bedarf gewartet und ausgetauscht, um sicherzustellen, dass das Haus und alle seine Annehmlichkeiten die Erwartungen unserer Gäste erfüllen und übertreffen. Wir sind stolz auf diesen besonderen Ort und genießen es, ihn mit unseren vielen wiederkehrenden Gästen zu teilen, als ob sie unsere eigene Familie wären. Great long weekend spot!

The White Foam House was an awesome spot for a long weekend where we had an event at CBI. It’s easy to walk to town and to the inn and we especially loved that it was dog friendly! Property was clean and well maintained. remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.

Perfect family vacation!

This was our first family vacation since Covid so a lot was riding on its success. The house was everything we could’ve asked for and made for the perfect family vacation! It was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, plenty spacious enough for 7 (4 adults, 2 kids, baby), and perfectly located next to the beach, Main Street, and the venues we attended for a wedding. The owners were responsive throughout the booking process, leading up to the stay, and during. We had an amazing time in Chatham and we hope to back next year!

Beautiful location

This home is beautiful, clean, cozy, and located a few hundred feet from the water. Day trip to Provincetown was lots of fun, the Cape Cod seashore was incredible. We got lucky and had perfect weather every day. Main Street is a short walk from the property, I got lost in a book shop and found some great new books. Perfect getaway, so relaxing!

We were so happy with our stay at this house. Edward was a pleasure to work with during the entire process and the house is just beautiful. You cannot beat the location - walkable to the Chatham main street for restaurants and shopping, while also a 2-minute walk to the water. Fantastic from beginning to end! The house was even better than we’d anticipated and was a great pleasure to stay in. It’s so comfortable and the kitchen was fun to cook in. Easter By The Sea

After a long winter we spent a lovely 3 days in Chatham at the White Foam House. We celebrated Easter and my mothers birthday with a small group of family. Fantastic Property

Our stay in Chatham was far too short. The house was absolutely lovely and I think the cleanest vacation property we have every stayed in. Stepping into the kitchen, I knew we had picked the right house! The location is perfect, with a view of the water and a short walk to Main Street in Chatham. I wish we had thought to bring our golf clubs as the course is right across the street from the house. Ed was great and we really appreciated him checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. We are looking forward to returning when the weather is warmer!

Beautiful property! For families with little kids:

We had a wonderful stay, I can't say enough great things about the house, location, and overall experience!! It was a perfect weekend getaway/change of scenery during covid even though we knew the weather would still be cold. The house is 1.5 blocks from the sand so it was easy for my 2 and 4 yr old to walk there, even with their beach toys. And the center of town (and candy shop, yum) is less than a mile away so my 4 yr old could easily follow us walking there on his scooter. There is not a sidewalk but the road had very few cars (on a cold spring weekend, may be busier in the summer). The kids were also able to handle a walk on the sand all the way to the Chatham fish pier and back so that was great! The beach was full of shells, rocks, little crabs, and stuff to keep them occupied for hours :) The house was great for kids and there is a pack and play and some kid gates which really saved the day!! The "kids" room was perfect for them. And the upstairs bathtub was SO fun for them! very deep so kept their splashing was contained and I could easily "hose" them off with the moveable shower handle. I suggest bringing a suction-cup slip mat. The home is beautifully decorated with some gorgeous but breakable pieces, so I moved those out of reach of the kids. The deck and backyard were also great spaces for them to run around safely while we could keep an eye out. and the house had all the comforts of home, plus some cool extras like a heat vent in the bathroom :) the owners were easy to communicate with and everything was very stress-free and straightforward. It was a cold spring weekend so I can't comment on the air conditioning, outdoor grill, etc, but the heat system was easy to use, and worked perfectly, and the kitchen and bathrooms were exactly as described, squeaky clean, had everything we needed, and were beautiful. And the retro kitchen is so cool! We had an absolutely wonderful time and can't wait to come back in the summertime :)

Wonderful escape from pandemic reality!

We are all remote so decided to at least get a change of scenery by going to the cape to do work and schooling. This property exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful getaway. The house is just a block from the ocean, so we were able to walk to a small beach every day. Beautiful even when cold and windy! And also just a short stroll into the charming downtown of Chatham. The house was warm and cozy, beds soft and comfortable, and everything spotlessly clean. Also, the kitchen was well equipped. While we did a lot of take-out, we also cooked a few dinners and had everything we needed. Our one concern was wifi connection with four of us on at once, but we never had a connection issue. Thank you for a great trip!

Absolutely Fantastic!

We have been coming to Cape Cod for over 30 years. We planned a long weekend over Thanksgiving to visit our daughter who is working on the Cape. White Foam House in Chatham is a gem! So beautifully decorated, kitchen was fully stocked to cook a complete Thanksgiving meal, location is fantastic, and it was a treat to be on the Cape during this time of year. We loved our stay and felt so very welcomed from the time we signed our contract through the check-out process. Thank you for providing such a beautiful home for us to create family memories!

Chatham Harbor Properties, LLC is a small, family owned vacation rental business founded by Edward & Kathleen Skopas. They have vacationed in Chatham for over 30 years and have always dreamed of owning their own property in this quaint and historic town. In 2012 they purchased their first property and over the ensuing years have acquired several other historic homes in Chatham.

They have been highly selective and intentional in their purchase and renovation of these properties and have worked tirelessly to restore and renovate these vacation homes while retaining all their vintage charm and historic significance. Their vacation properties are dedicated to the hospitality business they have built and do not operate as a second home to them or their family. These properties are not encumbered with personal items of the owner but instead, they are decorated, furnished and supplied with their guests needs in mind.

All of their properties share several common attributes:

• Exceptional locations within a short walk to downtown Chatham and the many shops and restaurants on Main Street
• Short walking distances to the beaches on Chatham Harbor, the Atlantic shoreline or Oyster Pond
