Welcome to our charming studio apartment nestled within the prestigious Damac Maison Prive tower. This cozy retreat is situated on the 2nd floor and offers a peaceful escape in the heart of the city.
Here you've got an unprecedented interior, full-fitted kitchens, and panoramic vantage point of the Dubai Creek, with a peaceful and luxurious break across the location.
One King size bed for 2 Adults and 2 kids (Sofa Bed) could accommodate easily. Smartt TV, Free Wi-Fi ,basic cookware all are furnished to make your sty easy. AA work table is provided so can work from home.
Free valet and concierge services available. Individual personal parking slots possible. Pool , Sauna, Gym all are like hotels .A restaurant is available in the building itself. Care four market is very close.
Conveniently located in the highly-sought-after Business Bay area, Prive by Damac Properties offers stunning views of the surrounding areas and that of the skyline. The development is few distances away from the Dubai International Airport and since it is served by two- metro railways, moving in and out, as well as exploring the key points of interest will never be much of an issue.

This is a holiday home and not a hotel apartment. Normal complimentary housekeeping turn is every 2 weeks . However on request additional payable services available.
1. All staying guests need to provide a passport copy before check-in as it is a mandatory requirement from DTCM (Dubai Tourism Dept) and some building management.
2. Before checking in the Holiday Home Guest check-in document to be signed by guest booked which constitutes a Holiday Home terms & conditions between the Licensee and the Guest.
3. A security deposit of 1000 AED or equivalent currency for short stay guest and (for monthly guest 1500AED ) to be paid before check-in.
Payment can be in
1 >Cash- Home currency also is ok- Refund immediate same currency on
check out date
2> Cash hold with credit card. Refund will be released and reflection to
credit card may take 5 to 20 days
Conduct that is not accordance with house rules may result in charges
against the security deposit and/or eviction of the Guest. Payment of
additional fees depending on damage to the Holiday Home or others
4. Access cards and keys are important assets of property and if lost, a replacement fee will be collected from security deposit.
5. To respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
6. Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors, refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behavior
7. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbors, during arrival and departure and at any time during occupancy, especially between 10pm-8am. Noise is too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbor when inside their house with their windows and doors closed.
8. Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
9. Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
10. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval of the owner of the Unit.
11. Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others in respect of parking.
12. To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance normal practice at the Unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
13. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas. They must comply with requirements in relation to the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimization
14. Guests should take care of their valuable personal things at all times and we will not be responsible for any loss.
15. No refund of if any unstayed dates and will be as per booking policy
