Welcome to our stunning 1-bedroom apartment in LIV Residence, located in the heart of Dubai Marina! This luxurious space offers breathtaking views of the Marina and is just a stone's throw away from the world-renowned JBR Beach.

This Vacay home is on the third floor, as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a stylish and modern interior that's both elegant and comfortable. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a cozy living area with a sofa bed suitable for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed.
The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offer panoramic views of the Marina, which makes for a great backdrop as you unwind after a day of exploring the city. You can also take in the stunning views of Marina from the balcony, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset.

Additional rules
1. All staying guests need to provide a passport copy before check-in as it is a mandatory requirement from DTCM (Dubai Tourism Dept) and some building management.
2. Before check in the Holiday Home Guest check-in document to be signed by the guest booked which constitutes a Holiday Home contract between the Licensee and the Guest.
3. A security deposit of 1500 AED has to be paid before check-in. This may be paid in cash or by credit card authorization. Conduct that is not in accordance with house rules may result in charges against the security deposit and/or eviction of the Guest. Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the Holiday Home or others
4. Access cards and keys are important assets of property and if lost, a replacement fee will be collected from security deposit.
5. To respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
6. Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors, refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behaviors
7. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbours, during arrival and departure and at any time during occupancy, especially between 10pm-8am. The noise is too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbour when inside their house with their windows and doors closed.
8. Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
9. Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
10. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval of the owner of the Unit.
11. Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others in respect of parking.
12. To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance normal practice at the Unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
13. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas. They must comply with requirements in relation to the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimization
14. Guest should take care of their valuable personal things at all times and we will not be responsible for any loss.
15. Any emergency works that come in place from building management and municipality which is in another unit is beyond our control
16. Non refund of unstayed nights in any case.
