Perhaps our location is the best part as we're minutes from Lake Isabella, 15 min to Kings Island, 20 min to downtown Cincy. The perfect combination of countryside living while close to the city!

Large Deck overlooks the beautiful fenced-in backyard, 3 car garage. Super close to everything that Indian hill, Cincinnati, and Loveland offer!

This stunning 3400+ sqft, 6 bedroom, 3 bath home has been completely renovated with an all-new kitchen, quartz countertops, modern bathrooms, large patio space and fenced-in back yard, and an add-on large master bedroom with a large private bath.

Guest access
Access to the entire property. Large private lot of land with large drive, plenty of parking. Fenced-in backyard with a deck perfect for entertaining.

We prefer to give guests their space and are available if needed.

We recently featured a west side waterfront gem here, and now we’re heading northeast to Symmes Township and another Great Parks hidden gem, Lake Isabella. If you’ve ever gotten off the highway at Loveland-Madeira, then you’ve likely seen the signs for this lake and park, but have you ever followed them? It’s time you did because this family-friendly lake in Cincinnati is a must visit this summer.

Lake Isabella is a 77-acre park in Symmes Township that features a picturesque 28-acre lake and plenty of family-friendly activities.

Near Indian Hill is known to have some of the best schools in the country, widely known for its luxury real estate.

Additional Rules
No smoking
Feel free to smoke outside the building, but not indoors. Leaving behind a smoky property costs $500

Visitors
The person who made the reservation must be available during arrival. The amount of guests specific in the reservation is the maximum amount of guests allowed. If you need to adjust this number, please do so prior to check in date. Breaking this rule costs $150 fine per unauthorized guest, per night.‌

Pets
We would love for you to bring your furry friend. There is one time $150 pet fee (per pet, per stay)

Please mind our Neighbors
Outside quiet hours are 11PM - 7AM. No Heavy late night traffic. Please only park in parking spaces outlined in the house manual. Do not park in front of neighbors house. Breaking this rule cost $250

Late check-outs
Should you need to check out late the following day, please let us know by midnight the night before so we can schedule housekeeping accordingly. We’re typically able to accommodate late check outs for $50/Hr
After 1PM guests will be charged for the following night’s stay.

Early Check-In
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am. If the schedule permits, we may work with housekeeping to expedite your checkin time. An early check in fee $50/hr may be assessed if requested less than 24 hrs before check in.

Thermostat
Please keep the property at a reasonable temperature (68-72). Abusing this rule will cost $250

No Unauthorized Parties
Zero tolerance for LOUD, Heavy Drinking Parties that could cause a disruption. Breaking this rule will result in a $800 disruption fee. Police Disturbance of ANY kind is immediate termination of your Reservation, Must Immediately Exit Property. No Refund.
