Located in Clermont, Florida, in the Tranquility Townhomes community, this modern townhouse features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Perfect for families, it's large enough to host up to 9 guests at at time. You'll love the group-friendly open-concept living space, and the fully equipped chef's kitchen. There's a large family dining table to enjoy your meals around, and also a covered poolside sitting area that's perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu, thanks to your outdoor grill. The back patio sundeck has recliners for you to soak up that Florida sunshine, and there's a private swimming pool ready for when you want to cool off.

Back inside, the Queen bedroom is located downstairs, while the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs on the second level. The primary King bedroom suite features a large ensuite bathroom, laptop-friendly dedicated workstation, and built-in closet. All 4 bedrooms come equipped with smart TVs and complimentary cable, and the whole home is connected to high speed WiFi.
