This home offers four private bedrooms, each featuring brand-new, high-quality mattresses, 600-thread-count sheets, a mix of firm and soft pillows, and cozy comforters for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a fully decorated space that feels like a true home rather than just a place to stay.

The unit includes a game room for added entertainment and a spacious, newly renovated kitchen with an open design, ample storage, and all the essentials you need, including pots, pans, utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses, and mugs. A microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are also provided.

You'll have access to two classic NYC bathrooms, both meticulously clean. The living room features two sleeper sofas—one sleeps one person, and the other sleeps two—comfortably accommodating an additional three guests.

NOTE: During the summer months (May 15th to November 30th), air conditioning is available to keep the space cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

Hamilton Heights is an up and coming neighborhood full of a variety of cuisine, rich culture and history as well as a convenient location for tourists, students and others wishing to be in manhattan but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Here you will find a peaceful neighborhood lined with trees and town homes dating back to the late 1800s. The neighborhood is safe, and just like any other neighborhood in NYC, it is important that you always exercise caution. Avoid traveling alone, especially at night. Always be aware of your surroundings.

This is my apartment and I reserve the right to enter if necessary. I will notify you before hand in this situation.

Please inquire if you need a late checkout or early checkin. If available there is a $30/hr fee for every hour before before 4 PM and $30/hr fee checkout for every hour after 10 AM.

There is a $350 fine for smoking in the unit

Smoking on the outdoor patio is allowed.

There is a security camera on the patio which points to the entrance of the apartment.

I reserve the right to enter the apartment if necessary. You will be notified prior.

Early check ins or late check outs are subject to approval by the host. Accommodations for early or late check ins/outs may incur extra fees per hour depending on circumstances with turnover cleaning preparation from other guests.

You must be 25 years or older to book.
