Situated on Coates Lane, this peaceful 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom sanctuary seamlessly combines opulence with the beauty of nature. Boasting pristine waterfront access and generous outdoor space for entertainment, along with a contemporary interior, it serves as an ideal getaway for both boating enthusiasts and those desiring a tropical retreat.
This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Please note, a 5% Tourist Tax applies to all stays of six months or less, as required by Monroe County regulations, and a 7.5% Florida state tax. These taxes will be collected and remitted to the Monroe County Tax Collector’s Office.

Please note that the speed boat and jet ski are privately owned and not available for guest use.
Superhog Verification & Late Check-Out Policy
We require all guests to complete the Superhog verification process. Superhog is a trusted guest-screening platform that verifies identities and provides additional protection throughout your stay.
As part of our policy, guests must choose between the following for damage coverage:
Damage Deposit: A 2% fee of the $500 deposit.
Damage Waiver: $35 per booking for $500 coverage.
Additionally, a $150 late check-out fee is pre-authorized in your credit card. If you check out on time, the pre-authorization will expire automatically within 7 days with no charges applied.
*IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES**
1) OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Occupants in the unit cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking.
2) AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be 21 years or older.
3) RESPECTFUL LIVING: Kindly be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with young children or in need of rest. Any guests found violating noise regulations will be asked to leave. Additionally, any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
4) SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
5) PARTIES are NOT allowed: Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fine of $300, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. This is strictly enforced to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors.
6) PETS are NOT allowed.
7) LEFTOVERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Properly dispose all your foodwaste to the garbage bag provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50.
8) PROPER SINK/TOILET USAGE: Please refrain from disposing of any food/items in the sink/toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs.
9) LEAVE THE HOME HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. We ask that you treat this home with the same love and care as you would treat your own. Please note that moving of furniture is strictly prohibited.
10) KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED. It can get hot if you don't leave the doors closed, and the A/C has to work triple its time.
Reporting Issues: Should any maintenance or other problems arise, promptly inform us so that we can address the issue immediately.
