Relax in the spacious living area with a large smart TV equipped with Netflix and YouTube, perfect for cozy nights in. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while the high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected.
Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island with ample space for preparing meals. You'll find all the essentials, plus seating for 4 at the dining table for sharing meals or catching up over coffee.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom features a luxurious queen bed with hotel-quality linens and its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. It’s the perfect space to unwind after a long day.
Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom also offers a plush queen bed, making it ideal for additional guests or family members.

Known for its dynamic mix of modern urban living and rich history, it’s one of Calgary’s most desirable areas. The neighborhood is home to trendy restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops, making it a hotspot for dining and entertainment.
Victoria Park is also renowned for its proximity to major attractions like Stampede Park, where the iconic Calgary Stampede takes place annually. It’s a hub for festivals, concerts, and sporting events, drawing locals and visitors alike. The neighborhood’s walkability and access to public transportation make it easy to explore Calgary’s cultural landmarks, such as the nearby Saddledome, home to the Calgary Flames, and 17th Avenue, famous for its nightlife and shopping.

1. Maximum Occupancy: No more than 4 persons are allowed in the unit at any time. Violations will result in a $100 fee per additional person per night.
2. No Pets : Pets are strictly prohibited—this is non-negotiable. Bringing a pet will result in an immediate $500 penalty, and the guest maybe evicted without a refund.
3. No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the unit. A $250 deep-cleaning fee will be applied if violated.
4. No Shoes Indoors : Guests must remove their shoes when inside the unit. Any damage caused by shoes (e.g. , floor stains or scratches ) will result in a $150 cleaning fee.
5. Noise Policy: No noise is allowed after 10 PM. Any noise complaint resulting in a fine by the condo board will be passed on to the guest, plus an additional $100 administrative fee.
6. Damage to Property: The property is maintained in a pristine condition, including clean walls , baseboards , furniture, and appliances. Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition they found it.
Important: The walls will not be chipped or dirty before check- in. Any new damage, such as chipped or stained walls , will be charged to the guest. Guests must report any damage honestly but will still be liable for repair costs.
7. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 4pm - 10pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted. To allow enough time for cleaning and preparation, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. If you arrive after 11 PM or especially midnight, we will ask for a $50 charge
8. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.
9. Intercom Rule: Please let us know ahead if you have deliveries and visitors that we need to buzz in. For security purposes, will NOT allow unauthorized buzzing. We can buzz in from 9am-10pm. After that, you will need to go down and open deliveries and visitors using your fob.
10. The primary guest must list all names and ages of those staying in the property. ALL guests must provide a valid means of ID for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts. Guests must have a verified government ID on file with Airbnb. Guests must have a fully completed profile, including a verified photo, contact information, and a detailed bio. Only registered guests are allowed, and any violation will result in a $100 fee per unregistered guest per night.
11. Parking will be underground. The height of the parking is 6'11''. If you wish to book and your vehicle doesn't fit or is larger than the size of the parking, we suggest parking outside or using paid street parking.
12. Damage Deposit (For All Bookings except Airbnb): A $500 damage deposit will be collected manually via resolution center upon confirming the reservation. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.
13. Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning fees incurred during their stay. If necessary, charges will be applied after check-out.
14. Clear Communication Requirement: Guests must respond to pre-check-in communication promptly. Failure to do so will result in cancellation or refusal of the booking.
15. Business Travelers: Midweek stays (Monday to Thursday) will only be accepted for verified business travelers.
16. For a stay of 20 days and more, we require a mid-stay clean ($175)
17. Important Notice: This home is listed for sale, and brief showings (10–15 minutes) may be required during your stay. We will always provide advance notice and do our best to schedule them at a convenient time. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not book this listing. Thank you for your understanding.
