Entspannen Sie sich in unserem neu renovierten Ferieneigentumswohnung im Zentrum von Palm Springs, im Sunrise Racquet Club. Unser Haus ist modern, angesagt und privat, in einer sehr sicheren, Gated Community, die 40 Hektar großen, üppigen grünen Wiesen, Wanderwege, Palmen, 7 Tennisplätze (in der Nacht 3 leuchtet) und Racquetball Gerichte bietet. Ein kurzer Spaziergang vor unserer Tür finden Sie eine Kochsalzlösung, einen beheizten Pool (eines von 6 in der Anlage) und großen Whirlpool, mit bequemen Liegen am Pool zu finden. Unsere Wohnung wurde im Mai 2012 komplett renoviert und Sport polierte Betonböden, eine neue Küche mit Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl und Quarz-Arbeitsplatten. Der Ausstattung und Möblierung mischen Mitte des Jahrhunderts modernen Stil mit Komfort des 21. Jahrhunderts. Mit Flachbild-TV, Kabel, Wi-Fi-Internetzugang und kostenlose Ferngespräche in Nordamerika lädt unser ist ein ideales Ferienhaus in der Wüste. Wir haben einen privaten, nach Osten ausgerichteten Terrasse im Innenhof für Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee zu genießen; gibt es einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge aus dem Südwesten Terrasse und einem Grill zum Grillen. Angrenzend an die voll ausgestattete Küche, Essbereich für unsere 6, mit Bar Sitzgelegenheiten für 3. Das Wohnzimmer, mit seinen prächtigen Gewölbedecke, ist mit einem 47 "Flachbild-TV, DVR, viele HD-Kabel-TV und ein Bose-Stereoanlage mit iPod-Dock ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen 37 "-LCD-TV, Kingsize-Bett, direkter Zugang zur Südwestterrasse und einer ebenerdigen Dusche mit Glaswand und Marmorboden. Der zweite / Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, eingebauten Schreibtisch / Bürofläche und Glas-Schiebe-Tür zum Osten ausgerichteten Terrasse. Ein zweites Badezimmer ist in der Nähe, mit einer Dusche und Badewanne. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Suite, sowie reichlich Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Unser Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig nur 5 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Geschäften und Restaurants, Golfplätze, Palm Springs Art Museum, Designer-Viertels der Mitte des Jahrhunderts und funky Cafés entfernt. Aktivitäten in der Gegend von Palm Springs gehören viele weitere Golfplätze, Wandern, Reiten, Joshua Tree National Park, ein Wasser-Themenpark, eine Seilbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor El Paseo Drive Palm Dessert und im Designer-Outlet-Center, in Cabazon. Egal, ob Sie einen ruhigen, sonnenreichen Urlaub oder einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub suchen, unsere Ferienwohnung ist alles. City of Palm Kleine Hunde können in Betracht gezogen werden. Amazing Stay

We stayed at the condo for two weeks in November and had a fabulous time. The home was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the bbq a number of times. The grounds of the property are amazing. Great tennis courts and a wonderful pool. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Communication was prompt and she went out of her way to ensure our trip was a great one. The property is located within walking distance to grocery stores and a short drive to downtown. We would love to stay at this property again.

A slice of paradise

What better way to spend winter than a stay in Palm Springs? I really enjoy the town, the Sunrise Racquet Club, and this lovely condo. It’s clean, comfortable, updated, and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in the sun. With patios front and back, we spend as much time as possible outdoors. I’ve booked my third stay and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Palm Springs Home (away from home)

This bright, lovely, beautifully updated condo is situated in a secure, gated community with > 40 acres of green space. The condo provides a well equipped kitchen with everything needed to prep meals. Prefer to eat out? You're less than 10 minutes away from an assortment of Palm Spring's finest restaurants. I always find plenty to keep me busy, and the beautiful weather is certainly a respite from winter in the mid-west. The outdoor space; patios in front and back, ensure I get plenty of fresh air and sunshine. Furnishings were modern yet comfortable, and the owners were great to work with! Extremely responsive and helpful. I'm counting down the days until my next visit! Thanks so much!

Sooo nice!

The condo is always so clean and welcoming. Beds are extremely comfortable and it has a nice uncluttered feel. Love the outdoor furniture on the front patio for coffee, relaxing and reading. The back patio is great for dining. Hummingbirds lighting on the bushes were a delight to see. Sooo relaxing. Thanks!

Exactly as described

We just spent 10 days in this beautiful condo in Palm Springs. The location is great - not quite walking distance to Palm Springs, but just a short drive away, and very close to the airport. The unit is nicely furnished and has everything that you would need for meal prep to trips to the pool. The grounds are nicely kept and we practically had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The two decks are great.......you can choose the sun or a sheltered, quiet spot to read and put your feet up. The owners supply an information package that gives you everything you need to work the t.v.'s, the air conditioning etc. in addition to useful information about where to go, what to see and restaurants to frequent. Great place - wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you!

Ideally located, nicely furnished, clean and contemorary in a quiet complex.

With our small dog, we recently spent two very pleasant months in this nicely renovated, immaculately clean, comfortably furnished, condo. The condo, complex, grounds, tennis courts, and pools are quiet and well-maintained. The two patios allowed options for comfortable and private seating any time of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped and has every amenity one would want for meal prep, barbecuing, entertaining, and relaxing. The location was perfect for us: besides having on-site tennis courts, it is in close proximity to to pick-up tennis at Ruth Hardy Park, to downtown, and numerous grocery stores, etc. Dedicated walking and cycling paths immediately adjacent to the complex allowed us to leave our car in the driveway while we walked or cycled to nearby amenities.

A Perfect Place for Rest & Relaxation

Spent 2 weeks here and it was great. Excellent location in Palm Springs, close to good grocery stores and all amenities. The community is gated, quiet and safe. Close to Airport but didn't find noise to be an issue. The condo has been updated. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meal. The owners were available and attentive to deal with any questions/issues throughout our stay. They provide a complete package of information in advance, which makes for easy check in and orientation to the property. Very happy with our experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

This is a fantastic condo with a modern decor. When we arrived it was very clean, with a beautiful new kitchen and comfortable beds. One of the many pools is located a short distance away, which we used daily. The property is located in a quiet & safe community which is very well kept. Enjoyed morning walks, picking grapefruit and lemons for breakfast! We will definitely return.

Condo rental April 1 to April 15

We so enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we had a basket of oranges, lemons and grapefruit with a bottle of wine in the refrigerator--a great way to start. The kitchen was stocked well with all the essentials. It now has an ice cream scope! The condo is bright and we found it very clean. We loved the front patio for our morning coffee, the nice sunshine and our complimentary newspaper and the back patio overlooking the mountains. The 8:30 am water aerobics was wonderful and everyone made you feel at home. The condo has been renovated with all new appliances and the master bath is awesome. The owners were extremely helpful and got back to you immediately if you had questions. We tried to rent for next year but it was already booked. Would definitely recommend Spencer's (for breakfast or lunch) and Sherman's and Ruth Chris and Lulu's for happy hour in Palm Springs and Stuffed Pizza in LaQuinta. A great time had by all. M & J

Very nice Mid Century renovated condo!

We had a very relaxing stay at this light and bright condo. This area is a little more windy than what I am use to, but the complex more than makes up for this. It is very well maintained, peaceful and the neighbors are extremely friendly and nice. The photos accurately reflect the unit and amenities. I love the concrete floors and style in which the unit is renovated. The living room sofa was super comfortable and all the appliances were brand new. Admittedly, I was initially a bit nervous sending a cashiers check to Canada rather than using a credit card, but they are great people and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous Remodeled Condo in the Perfect Location!

We recently spent a week at the condo - you could not ask for a more perfect location to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Sunrise Racquet Club is a quiet, tranquil setting with small waterfalls and well-kept grounds. If your a tennis player, you will love the courts. They are in excellent condition and always empty! The condo is exactly as described in the listing and photos. We really liked the polished concrete floors and the masterbath is stunning with the glass shower. We have stayed at many VRBO's over the past ten years, and this condo is in definitely in the top 10%. The owner, Tracy, was responsive and easy to deal with. We give these accomodations two thumbs-up!

Exactly as advertised

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Nicely renovated and modern. Great location and quiet complex. Close to the airport. (You do hear the airplanes fly over every now and then). Groceries just a short drive. Swimming pool was just a short walk from the unit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
