Easy access to "Downtown Folly", one block beach access, next to greatest island store (Berts) and island tacos (Chico). We travel to Folly every year for the Surfers Healing event and this place is our favorite place to date.

Folly Beach New year

The house at 206 E Ashley is small but perfect for the two of us. Two blocks from the ocean, short walk of two blocks to Center Street, and near Bert's grocery. Excellent location and accommodations.

Omar and Julia have done a great job with the restoration of this wonderful property. Perfect for a couple or small family. Very convenient location, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Comfortable, convenient, clean & beautiful decor!

Loved staying there, easy walk to beach & restaurants and grocery store. Rode our bicycles all over island from lighthouse to county park. Great place to relax n live the beach life!

Great small house close to everything

If you are looking to have a relaxing time in Folly Beach with a no hassle place to stay that is close to everything, this is a great place. Very easy owners to deal with too. Perfect for a couple or maybe a small family of 4.

Perfect Beach Cottage

Such a great cottage perfect location and very relaxing!!

We have two teenagers and this was such a great vacation for our family!! Everyone benefited my husband and I could go get breakfast on our time and the kids were close enough and could go off on there own. We will be visiting again soon!!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The cottage is close to the beach and close to restaurants and the local convenience store. The cottage was decorated nicely, but like other reviews I think it could use a deep clean and a few updates. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Cozy little house

We had a great time in Folly. This little cozy house is perfect for weekend getaways. The character of this home alone makes you want to come back. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend trip!

Perfect Little Beach House

We couldn’t be happier with 3 of us an our dog for a week long stay. Right next to Bert’s, which had everything you might need, and a very short walk to all the restaurant and beach. Plan on returning for sure!
