It is 70 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite, an integrated kitchen and living room with split air conditioning as well.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker and all the utensils necessary to make a good meal.

The air-conditioned room has a Smart TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (110 mega), in addition to the internet offered by the condominium itself. Furthermore, we have complete bed and bath linen, iron, hairdryer and washing machine.

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for your vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Within the city: you can easily get around on foot, by car or bicycle, the city has a cycle path, as well as several parking spaces.

- In the condominium: we have private parking for guests, in addition to spaces available in front of the building for visits.
